Hello. Your theme is breaking up our images.

We simply want our images to not be broken up. Please don’t send us a “you have to know programing” comment because this is just about a picture which a wordpress theme should handle.
Do we have to make 2 sizes every time?

oh we don’t have slider with thumbnail But you can get rid of sidebar….. For slider, you can try to find another plugin for this purpose.

I bought the Megazine theme back in Oct 2012. No matter how hard I try the support page won’t allow me to register, I want to dismantle the captchya code that is inbuilt but need some help doing this, but if it won’t accept my purchase code not sure how I can ask?

Not really, if that plugin using ‘gallert’ post type, you have to turn off gallery post type in this theme first. We can guide one this

Thank you for your answer. Some of the posts will need to be able to display up to 50 pictures in some kind of thumbnail gallery plugin, that opens up into a lightbox, so it’s really important that the theme I end up purchasing will be able to support it.
Hi! I have just bought this theme and it looks great. However I have some questions: 1. I can´t upload a banner next to the logo in the header via the megazine Tools. Do you have a suggestion for code pasting in the header.php instead? Banner size 728×90px 2. It does not work to upload a background image either via megazine tools, do you have a code suggestion there too? Is there any size limits on the background image? 3. Sometimes ad-links “extend” to other areas and text of the webpage, why?

How can I add a Agoda searchbox to the sidebar of this theme?
Hi,
1. you have to create a sidebar in page (you can see in the doc about creating sidebar)
2. put html code that provided by agoda in ‘text widget’
After download the package from themeforest. Extract it. Then you will see the folder ‘document’ Open the file ‘index.html’ with your browser.

After I updated to Word Press 3.6, I have trouble uploading the logo in the good layers admin panel. Will that be fixed soon? The upload page simply would not show.

I have been using the theme for months now, and it worked beautifully until the update. After I fill in the file URL and click upload, all I get is the black transparent layer with nothing on it, and nothing else is active. Now the logo space holder is empty, see: http://luxebb.com
I tried IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on both PC, Mac and ipad, the sample issue happens.

I sincerely hope you read my questions carefully, before giving me the same generic answer twice. The upload page simply doesn’t show on my browser(s) when I click upload. All I get is a black transparent layer. I even delete the theme and reinstall it. Same issue happened. Could you help me on this one. I know the instructions of how to upload images, and it worked fine in the past few months. The problem occur right after the WP updates.

So I got this theme all working perfectly and now all the sudden the admin panel no longer works? any idea what has happened?
Nevermind, the social count plus plugin, after deleting allowed the menu to work again, on my social counter would it be possible to change feed burner to you tube?

I am an existing customer of your theme. However, I wish to change my team because I’m facing a few problems that have become evident only after purchasing. My current theme is Goodspace.
The biggest problem is that the images do not get resized automatically for the thumbnails. Instead, they are just filling the thumbnails in their desired position. This is a big problem because my pictures involve faces. So I have to resize every picture before uploading it. This results in the loss of quality as well.
I would like to know about the thumbnail management in this theme.

Sorry but this theme will be the same.. You can set the thumbnail size but it will apply to all thumbnail in the theme. It can’t separate thumbnail size for each item. If your source image is not the same portion that you set, it will be cropped.
In Goodspace theme, Portfolio size is in ‘include/plugin/page-item.php’ on line about 548-557/
blog size is in include/plugin/blog-item.php on line about 19-24.
... and in this theme will be the same

Anyay, Woo commerce doesn’t support sidebar in the beginning so you have to create this page template as we instructed
