I’ve been trying to work with this theme for a while now. Just having issues. I get the 404 errors a lot. I don’t know if its all me or not. I’m very good with wordpress and woocommerce but new to magento so maybe some is me. Looking through the comments i am experiencing some of the same problems so what are some of those fixes?

hi, is there a way to not have category menu all across the slideshow image on main page ? it seems like a very stupid idea to have menu there ? Please explain the logic Thanks
I think everyone decide for himself bad or good design or idea it is. As I can see by sales and ratings the idea is interesting and liked by many purchasers. And sorry dunpealx but I think it is stupid to write such comments here.

Just purchased this theme and in the documentation it says:
“Extract theme file to a directory on your computer. It contains a directory named upload. You should upload its content to your server via FTP into your root directory of your OpenCart installation.”
But I can’t find any directory called upload? Also I can’t see any ItemBridge theme in Modules -> Extentions.
Really disapointed with the documentation, hopefully they’ll be able to point me in the right direction here or via their email.
Let’s clear one thing, you wrote about Opencart in the Magento thread. What exactly theme you’ve purchased?
I’m attempting to use this theme on Opencart. I can confirm that I’ve purchased the Opencart version as it says so on the main folder. The installation guide is quite poor to be honest, there is no folder which is called “upload”.
I’d really appreciate it if you could walk me through the full theme installation.

Hello, have a little problem with product images, if they are of square dimensions they get cropped on both sides to fit the vertical longitudinal dimension of the theme. I need to optimize the image rendering to the bigger dimension of the supplied image in order to avoid crop.

I’m trying to install the theme Precise more than a week on my Magento store and I am not having success. I already follow the steps from the guideline, uploaded the files from app and skin folder for the and all the time when I put the name of the theme on admin admin it’s reports that there is no file with this name. I would like a help in this case.

attaesin, you should never ‘assume’ how long someone has been registered or how many themes they have purchased based on a single account of only 1 purchase. People have been known to have multiple accounts…...:winktongue:
I can only base my comments on MY experience with this developer and this theme and they are spot on. As a Magento Installer, you of all people should know how many people make simple mistakes with installations and the complexity of the Magento platform. I once again reiterate the comments I made previously. If you are not familiar with Magento, find someone that can install the themes for you.
Hi there, Installed your theme which is working fine on the basic pages. But the checkout, cart, etc. pages are all the old template although I followed the PDF User Guide. Anything wrong with the template or anything I am doing wrong ?

Well, it looks like its quicker when i ask it here because it takes ages before i actually get a reasonable reply.
