I just purchased the Concept theme. I signed up on support.aivahthemes.com and after entering my license number I never receive an email with confirmation and login. Checked spam too.
I have set the password as demo1234. Kindly please change that to new password once you login.
Hello… I need to add Advertising Banners to sidebars. Can this theme fit 300×250 banners in the sidebars? …Does the contact forms have Captcha function?
You need to use text widget and 300×250 Banner size is not possible as you need to customize the sidebar width. If you contact us via sidebar we can make changes for you. Regarding the captcha you can use the contact form 7 plugin for that.
Where is the demo content? Can I import the dummy content? I would like to set up exactly like demo. Please advise.

Hello i update the version 1.6 but when i can see the page only show this content. And i retort to the 1.5 version and all going normally.

I have purchased the Concept theme and I have questions which I tried to get answered by going to support page. I can’t view any threads without being logged in. When I go to either login or register it takes me to a login screen asking for user name and password. I used my credentials which got me into the envato site; however, this doesn’t work with support. Both register and login bring up the same screen. I’m locked out of getting support. I went to the chat room and no one is answering. Please help. Thank you.
There was an issue with the recent update of the WordPress for registration and its fixed. Now you can register at our support forum, sorry for the inconvenience.

Purchased the theme a week ago, or so. I’m a beginner to WP layout design, but I understand it enough to follow decent instructions to completion. However, I’m a little confused by some of the tasks I need to complete in order to get this theme the way I want it!

Actually, I had a few issues, but thank-you for finally responding.
1. I did register for the forum, but there was no way to actually “post” a question. There was not any contact form/etc anything else, so that was very frustrating. Will you be putting a post button there?
2. Yes, some of the font issues are as follows:
(This is from the Compete->Theme Options->Skinning->Typography)
a) Side Widgets – Font doesn’t change for any side widgets. (It changes the “title” on some, but not actually the other text, i.e., “recent comments”, “categories”, etc—some of the ‘standard’ wordpress items) b) Menu – Menu bar doesn’t change the font either. Seems to be whatever the ‘standard’ is. c) Using ‘some’ browsers—it doesn’t appear correctly. (I.e., older versions of Firefox). How ‘cross-platform/browser’ is it?

1) After registering you can post in the theme category you have purchased. In right sidebar you can see the ‘concept’ name where can find the form to post the topic
2) Body font is not changing for that there is a variable missing I will be uploading today with that fix and sidebar fonts perfectly works at my side. It works in the browsers we have mentioned which browsers are you talking about and the versions please.
If you see on forum sidebar you can find the Skype Contact Button you can call me i will be online for you to assist.

It was flagged due to annoying. The only bug you asked was the menu font not changing and we have an fixed update coming tomorrow.

Hi loving the theme but for some reason none of the home page elements are animating when they load like on the demo and I can’t see any option to control this.

Does this theme have a ‘dark’ option? Such as creating a black/dark background with light text?
You can customize the skin as you wish from theme options panel easily. Btw we will be adding dark skin in the coming update.

I know how to do that with HTML I just can’t find the contact form. Is it contact.php?
Better yet, can I add my own personalized contact form?

Is possible to assign “h1” or “h2” tag to caption text of slider? I think that actually it is a div class and I’m not sure if it’s a best practice for the SEO of the site.

Which slider are you talking about? If you are asking about flexslider then its possible. But if you are asking about the Revolution Slider you need to look into the original slider on codecanyon on how SEO Optimized it is.
