I advice anyone to stay away from this product as it simply isn’t market ready.
I’ve purchased it a month or so back and faced issue after issue. When I contacted the product owners on their personal email they completely ignored me, leaving me to find a solution to the countless problems faced on my own.

I have found 3 tickets with Featured Products issues, 2 of them are answered and closed 3 weeks ago. And 1 is open and last reply to it was 4 hours ago.
I really do not know what to do.
Submitted a ticket 7 days ago on an issue that was raised at the time of purchase at the end of August.
The issue hasn’t been resolved and my previous 2 tickets have simply been ignored.
Please please contact me about this issue, I purchased the Theme in good faith. Simply tell me if you intend to resolve the issue or not??

The issue is that even after your update I am still getting the ‘null’ under categories.
If I refresh the page then the page loads correctly.
I am in desperate need to get this fixed. It has been over 1 month now.

As was recommended earlier, you need to re-install theme.
As explained I have done that but it is still causing the same problem!?

I have installed the new update and the ‘null’ issue is resolved, thank you.
However there is still a problem with images.
Featured images, Product Category images and Related Product images do not re-size properly.
The images do not display fully and are cut off?
I have changed all the setting but nothing happens to the size – they always stay at the same size?

Yet another disappointed customer, I put a ticket on 48 hours ago and it was only answered 20 minutes ago. When i say answered it was basically a response telling me something i already knew and just reiterated my point!
The question I asked was when adding products and then trying to put them into the featured products list the image doesn’t appear, instead it’s a code. Can you tell me what I need to do or sort it out?
I also submitted a ticket through their support page a couple of days ago and have not heard from anyone. Just purchased this template and have not been able to use it. The instructions in the documentation does not exactly match to the files received. This template should have been easy to install. I’m very disappointed.
So it looks like your correspondence is still delayed, by a lot even on that support site. That is really disappointing because this theme looks pretty unique.
