I have two Question. I want to use it for selling art, unique pieces, they are not going to be purchased directly online, since they are not mass produced. I want to know if your theme allows to include a customized contact form on each product. Also Ia want to know if it is possible to hide or disable the “Add To cart”buttom for some products. ‘Cause there are other products like posters, etc, that will be purshased directly online.

I’m asking you because sometimes it gets really hard to get or to adapt something. It all can be done in the end, but I want to be prepared before buying your theme.

I basically got sick and tired of bugs in the system and useless, patronising unresponsive support.

One selling point at the time of my purchase was the inclusion of a range of layouts, newsletters etc. However these are delivered in HTML format and unless you are well tuned in PHP incorporating them is a nightmare. Support just told me to consult the Open Cart documentation.

In the end I purchased a new theme from a different developer who is extremely responsive. I will not use these people for any future projects , amazed that they are credited with ‘Elite’ status.

This is the theme I purchased all the worst one, the experience is very poor!!!!

Im interested on buying this template, i understand feedback goes both ways and i’m not concerned about little issues as we have developers on our side that can look for fixes. However, when the author says “we have some troubles” and “wouldn’t have updates”, that’s a huge red flag. As an author you would not recommend to buy this template as it is right now? I need to have something running in the next 12 hours.
