I would love to use this for a project – medical website, however they require thier phone number large on the top of the site, is it possible to replace the search button and replace it with a phone number, something like “CALL US 07 5412 0000” etc.

I have the same problem as described here. There are no sidebar on single blog pages or on archive pages. I don’t have a social network plugin installed. Maybe i’m missing something, but i can’t find a Blog section in the theme settings. Can you advise me what to do?

When I try adding the slider code from the .txt file, the LayerSlider importer goes white and the page stops loading anymore and it all just stays white. Do you know why this is?
Are you using smart7 version 1.0.4? If no download the latest version please, we have updated Layer Slider to fix this issue.

Thank you very much for buying our theme. The PSD files are not included in our package, you can import the demo content using “appearance > theme settings > other settings > dummy data”. Are you using Smart7 version 1.0.4? We have updated Layer Slider to it’s latest version and that issue is fixed.

1) Smart7 is a WordPress theme and you can’t use it outside WordPress.

Im having trouble using “Formcraft” plugin on this theme. Getting this message:
“The problem is a JavaScript conflict on the page with the theme. The theme is using Require.JS for loading JS files, which works well with the theme, but not with any other plugin trying to load JS files. Please contact the theme author, and let him know about this.”
Is there a way to solve this?

I want to have the logo sit out of the top nav bar – If I use firebug and change the logo img element height to 120px it’s exactly what I want, but I can’t seem to find where to change the inline css on the logo img to change it. Can you help me find it?

Go to “appearance > theme settings > other settings > additional scripts > CSS” and add the following style:
.logo img {
max-height: 120px!important;
}
.logo img {
max-height: 80px!important;
}
Thanks, that’s where I’ve got up to – max-height 120px so it overlaps, but can I then make it transition to 80px when I scroll down?
One other question, where can I find where to edit the navigation – I want to remove Search and add in Twitter/Facebook
You’re welcome. About the logo, best way to do that is to make the logo default size 80px, and remove the style i’ve told you to add, the it will change to 50px by default when you scroll down.
For replacing the search button with social network icons, go to “lib > menus.php”, go to line 17 and change the li tag. If you send me an email using our profile page i can give you the exact code.
@PixFlow you missed a point. I am not saying you did bad job, actually you did great job. I love your design. What i am saying is that using Shortcode for page layouts is a wrong way to go. Its ok that there are users that have no problems with this, actualy you are missing the end customers that are not techi ppl.
There is discussion about shortcodes in themeforest forum. http://themeforest.net/forums/thread/shortcode-hell-in-themeforest-wp-themes/115155?page=1I really suggest you to look at this. This is a hell for end users. Actually what you provide is not Template based layout but shortcode based layout. At least this one need to be mentioned in item description. Shortcode is great when it comes to some special widgets, contact forms or maps and etc, but its die hard when it comes to actually build a layout with shortcodes and mess the visual editor with this special codes.
End user/Client that see this, is actually thinking that job was done wrong. End user that is not techi guy can’t manage it, ppl with not knowing html can’t manage it, it always a problem that client can mess the page layout by erasing some shortcode accidentally from visual editor when he is editing a content. That should not be this way.
Is actually is lacking the wordpress ease of use interface and it becomes to full of shortcode mess.
Thats actually what i wanted to say.
It might be hard for end users, but most of people just want to change their text and images with our demo website content and their website is ready to go! This theme is so beautiful but, this Shortcode hell is killing every end user. There is no single “page template”. Everything was built with shortcodes. This is just hell for end users and a specially jailing the customer into a theme.
I really appreciate the design but, Functionality is useless Big disappointment from functional side of this theme.
Can’t believe and can’t understand why not using page templates instead of shortcodes. Shortcodes for page layout building is the wrong way to go, really Wrong way.
There is no problem using shortcodes itself, but not for building page layout. Shortcodes need to be used for specific situvations like showing contact form or some special widget. For layout and slider, it must be a Metabox and page templates.
Really sorry that i bought this theme. It must be mantioned in item description that all you see eccept header and footer, was built with shortcode and it will look like a Mess in Wordpress virtual editor.
Hope Themeforest team will provide “Shortcode free” tag in theme searching option cuz its ridicules.

Great theme, congrats. I bought it, now i want to setup the website exactly a the demo site, in a first time. I watched at the video and instructions, but some problems persists : When i try to import the demo sliders in LayerSlider, i upload the file and got this message everytime :

And slider is not imported, could you help me ?
I also imported the dummy content but pictures does not appear in homepage.

I solved the problem for the error : had to download Layerslider 4.6.5 and not 4.6.3, it seems that its a common bug, you should include the last version
