How do I delete the feature image from inside my posts. I like the use for it outside of the posts, but find it blocks my content if I use it inside. It’d be great to have the options. Thanks for any guidance!

Hi! Is there a way to create a portfolio group page based on a custom field, rather than a tag or category? The custom fields have a group name. And each custom field is an array of specific, limited choices.

Does the filterable portfolio based on posts? I have a site built around posts being portfolio entries, filter types by category of post. Will I need to recreate my entire portfolio under a custom type or is the portfolio based on posts?

I checked your site and found you’ve fixed the issue by upgrading. Just for the info below is the manual solution if full upgrade is not required.
Download the latest version of theme and overwrite following two files
Conflicted has_shortcode() function resolved :- /framework/functions/framework-functions.php :- /functions/conditional_scripts.php
You’ll need to overwrite those using an FTP application.

Right this works. May I suggest you make this a theme option in a new release. Would only take a few minutes to implement but it would save us from hacking the theme code and having update issues in the future.

How i gods name can i change the order of a gallery? if i drag them in order, nothing is happening in the slideshow, if i choose random order, nothing is happening in the slideshow, if i manually try to change the order of img ids nothing is happening.

Here’s a summary of how it’s done, i’ve provided screenshots and instructions in Help Guide.
- 1. Edit the fullscreen page
- 2. Click ‘Add Media’
- 3. Choose ‘Uploaded to this page’ ( * Important * )
- 4. You should see the attached images. If you don’t choose ‘Uploaded to this page’ then the images you see are in the general media gallery.
- 5. Drag and Drop to rearrange.
- 6. Click ‘x’ marked top right corner.
- 7. Publish!

1. Yes, it’s translation ready with .po .mo files. It’s also WPML translation compatible.
2. You can set how the images in the slideshow will fit through theme options. There’s fill and fit settings.
3. Yes you can change background colors.

computer screen is 16:9, the home slider photo in the demo is 16:9, my question eis what happens if I use a 2.35 photo. Am i am going to see the whole photo with spaces to fill above and below? or a distorted or cropped photo to 16:9?

Hi,
It won’t be distorted. When using fit mode for slideshow images you’ll see a solid color background where each image isn’t filled.
In fill mode it’ll fill the image of your choice of style ( portrait or landscape ) , the extra bit goes off screen depending on how you’ve size the browser window. It doesn’t crop the image – it just goes off screen and changes the viewable area on when you resize the browser. You can test this out in demo.

1. Yes you can choose the background color.
2. There won’t be a frame around the image in fit mode. It’ll be the image itself and space around where the browser window and image dimensions are different.
ie. A landscape dimension browser window with a portrait image displayed in it will leave space at the sides.

1. Slideshow background color needs a color css code, i can provide you instructions to change it to your preference.
2. General background color can be changed from theme options.
3. Yes 2:35 images will leave top and bottom space if browser height is different.

1. You’ll need additional code to make social icons bigger.
2. Currently language selector isn’t in demo. Theme activates a selector in header once WPML plugin is active.
Please note that all features of theme will be as demo out-of-box. It’ll need customizations to make it different than how it’s seen in demo.

Hi,
The socials widget can support two sizes. 16px and 32px icons. You’ll need to assign your preferred icon urls after uploading them to media library. Any size icons can be gives but the social widget CSS will resize them to the set 16px or 32px chosen in the widget.
You’ll need to contact a developer for sizes beyond what’s provided in the widget. I can assist in this customization though won’t be able to provide direct codes for it.

- Disable the slide-up at the home boxes; I want to display the image all the time, so not on hover. Possible?
- In the text under the home box when you use a ’ there appears a \ (also here with your contact form at the title We\’d love to hear from you).
- I saw on the themeforest site that there is someone with the same question; I want to display the home boxes also on iphone. Do you have some simple css instructions how to do this?
