A few things… First can I get the top bar to be sticky along with the menu bar? I’d like to keep the top bar at the top no matter how far I scroll
Also, I tried to add a Status type post, and it didn’t seem to work, there was no where to enter the URL of the status.
Last, I added the blog element to a page, and I’d love to have the option to allow that blog element to infinitely scroll (as in more posts load as you hit the bottom of the page, instead of showing the page numeration)
I lied, one more thing. I’d also like to be able to choose to make an individual post wider in the masonry format (also basically any other blog view format). I like the choices I have with the metro style to display different things, but that format wasn’t working quite right for me (wouldn’t bring my most recent post to the top), so if with the masonry format I could select to make a post “double width” for a 2 column or 3 or 4 column, but with the 3 or 4 column I’d also like the choice to make certain posts triple with or quadruple width. I believe you had that ability in the ExtraGrid theme.
Issue with light box and gallery elements.
Was mocking up a website and I noticed there is an issue with the light box when clicking on gallery images, the white box extends far beyond the image itself. Any help would be appreciated.

I had to set the iframe size as it was setting youtube videos I embedded to a size that was absolutly useless, I didn’t think that it would have cause this.

Just out of curiousty which file do I have to edit to change the appearnce of the light box?
e.g. the facebook and twitter buttons below the image
Hope you can change it with lightbox theme (prettyPhoto doc). PrettyPhoto initialing exists in “assets/js/scripts.js” file.
You can remove those socials but I have no idea about redesign them.

Does this support a “clients” shortcode?
There don’t have exact clients shortcode. Probably you asking about team member. Our page builder based on shortcodes. Therefore you can get specific element by shortcode from Visual (regular) editor style.

Not sure if there’s much point posting a question here as Themeton don’t seem to have responded to anyone in about a month 
But here goes… I can’t seem to get Layerslider to display Youtube videos at the correct size. It looks fine in the preview, but displays top left and very small (despite the correct sizes being given) on my site.
I googled to find a cure, but all I’ve found is a possible conflict with FitVid – which I don’t even know if this theme uses, but it seems likely as the conflict seems to give the same error. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a fix for that and am hoping I can get some help here…or a fix to the theme??

FitVid applied for section and footer areas. Are you using slider on your post content? If it is we need to separate fitVid selector on specific areas again and exclude layer slider sections.

I have tried Layerslider on a couple of pages, both without posts. Having read your message, I also tried turning the footer and sub footer off – no difference, video still plays very small.
I tried switching to Revolution Slider – video plays at correct size, but whatever size the slider stage, it always forces the right hand column onto the next row (even if the stage is 480px). I have tried all display modes. Also it won’t display text layer background correctly – the background only shows behind some of the words.
I am very confused at this point.
This is driving me crazy!! It’s the simplest thing – all I’m trying to do is align text with images and play the odd video. I don’t understand why I can’t get it to work?? Everything shows perfectly in preview mode for both Revolution & Layerslider, but the minute it hits the page, it all goes wonky
In RevSlider I am centering my text in the input field using <center></center> – looks fine in preview. Center alignment is effected in live view, becoming less centered as the font size is increased. Even entering each line individually loses it’s alignment when viewed on a mobile (fine on desktop).
I have tried all the troubleshooting options, without success. All my google searches seem to point to a possible incompatibility issue with the theme – which obviously I can’t do anything about. Is no one else having these issues, surely it’s not just me??

Your reply didn’t say what to do with the code you suggested. Also as per my reply 2wks ago, I didn’t have the layerslider on a post page, so not sure that code applies.
Could you please clarify or confirm that this is a conflict with the theme and it will be addressed in the next update?

Hi there,
I was suspect fitVids function shows it on sliders as you mentioned. Then previous code suggestion is to exclude slider iframes from this function and it needs to changed on “assets/js/scripts.js” file (line 460).
So I need to clarify your situation in action. I’ve tried to find your site address from tickets and your previous sent addresses doesn’t point the problem pages. Probably it removed or moved another place. Please send me your site address and I’ll take a look it myself and inspect in on chrome and give you proper solutions.

I’ve got to agree with previous comments, should you not be particularly tech savvy then I’d avoid this theme. There is zero support going on.
I have had a support ticket open for 23 days with no response. There are some issues with the theme that need to be addressed. My ticket # is 431… is anyone at Themeton still reading the support system or these comments?

Support is almost non-existent. Had a ticket for over 30 days with some bugs and other issues with the theme, and nothing yet. Got a refund yesterday… so, i would not recommend the theme at this stage.

twitter oembed (status) not working anymore on Presgrid theme. Is it cause of wordpress itself or your theme? Twitter announced that HTTPS request yesterday, so how we solve that problem?
What is your theme version? Is your theme and wp latest?

Update – I did some fiddling around and I attempted to create my own bar and just hard code one in there. It alsmost worked apart from it broke somthing in IE please see the following page – http://glenside.s.strategiesuk.net/
Works on chrome and firefox but not IE, if I have done this the wrong way or you know why IE is broken please let me know.

i have some questions for the Blog-Part of your theme.
Is the excerpt and “read more” button handmade in each article of your demo? Because I don`t see the button at all and in my excerpts I always see code from the Content-Builder. (code like that : blox_rowblox_divider style=”style11” height=”15”/
Another Question would be that I use the medium blog format and I dont need the format icons like “post, video post, ...” is there a way to hide them? or link them to real blog categories? That would be much better so user can instantly switch between blog-categories.

If you didn’t added there readmore split on your post content, theme splits your content by 20 words. And seems there it needs to clear shortcode tags. I can add this on next updates.
