When I upgraded to the most recent version, the sections don’t expand anymore. I get an error in the javascript console: Can’t find variable: init_ind.

Almost a month later and still my front page is defaulting to the wrong tab. I have submitted support and was told that there would be a fix that following Monday. Still 21 days later and no update. Great support system you guys keep leading people to. From what I can tell, you are leading people to that support system because you don’t want everyone to see that you’re essentially not giving any fixes at all. Just “this will be released” then marking them solved. Not good business practice guys. We PAID for this theme. Last version at least worked.

Indeed, I’ve found your ticket request. It’s our support operator’s mistake, and we will take appropriate measures to improve the situation. Today you will receive response to your request, and your issue will be fixed in the very nearest future. As for your statement that we redirect people to the ticket system in order to hide absence of support, – it’s completely illogical. I mean, comments are open, and you can always write a negative one (which you did). And for us, this is a signal to fix the situation. At the same time, nobody can see tons of processed tickets, so we don’t have any positive ‘PR effect’. The Tickets have been created only for one reason – it works more effective than support via email or comments over here. Please, accept our apology once again. Te bug will be fixed today or tomorrow maximum.

It would be helpful if solutions are also provided here, because your ticket support is not 24// which is ok. I have several bugs like other users which solutions I would read here or anywhere else.

Hi! First, I want to say that this theme is awesome.
But I made some changes on the right part of PROFILE. I put 4 websites in place of one and I removed the piece of code that allowed open sites.
Now, I want to add color to differentiate it from other information such as name, first name, etc.. The problem is that I can not find where the CSS to change this line and add color to websites. Can someone tell me where is this CSS? And what is the line of code is concerned?

BTW, the only support link I’ve found on the site where the theme was purchased, led to nowhere. It seemed to be just a link to a collection of other themes that you sell. I could not find any link that took me to a support page.

Hi. A great theme and just what I’ve been looking for! Hence an important pre-buy question. Can I remove the personal/contact fields that appear to the right of the author photograph (on the main page, the profile page)? This seems redundant as there is already a formal contacts section. Also, I’m very sure (like most people I think) that I don’t want to be revealing things like address and date of birth!!
If this is not possible without customizing the theme, please could you provide some details and let me know if you could do the customization on a paid basis. I would have thought that this was a pretty simple modification to make.

I just wanted to say as much as I love this theme, the update didn’t do as you guys stated it would. The expandable sections is buggy to say the least and you have already told zhouc to use support site which I’ve already stated that mine isn’t accepting my purchase code. That being said, wouldn’t it make more sense for all of us to see the fix here?
Anyway, the issue that zhouc is having, I’m also having. The idea was some of us wanted the profile section (section 1) not expanded by default, so after playing with the settings a little i set expanding to section 2 and then back to none. Now my theme is stuck on section 2 and portfolio still expands no matter what.
Just to give you an idea on my update, I erased all old files and completely replaced them because i’ve changed nothing in theme files to didn’t worry about any css changes or anything I needed. Just giving you guys a heads up, there is a problem with this new feature for more than just one person.

We tested the theme once again, everything seems to be working fine. To figure out what the reason of these glitches are, we at least need to take a look at it. That is why I would ask you to make a request via ticket with indication of URL of the website, and preferably an access.

Instruction on the theme update!
Due to the fact that the theme’s structure has undergone significant changes, we are providing a little instruction:
- Copy your current version of the ShiftCV theme;
- Replace the file ‘index.php’;
- Copy the files ‘template-resume.php’, ‘template-portfolio.php’,
- ‘template-contacts.php’, ‘template-testimonials.php’, and ‘template-home.php’ into the theme folder;
- Replace the ‘admin’ folder;
- Insert the following code at the end of the file style.css:

}
#header .social_links li.custom a img {
width: 100%;
height: auto;
}
- Replace the file ‘header.php’;
- Replace the file ‘footer.php’
- Replace the file ‘js/_admin.js and js/_front.js’.
Hello, for the printable version it would be nice if I can choose which sections to print and the size of the fonts in theme options. The idea is to have a 1page CV and not 4-5 pages. Other thing to improve is the possibility of changing the fields in the profile like date of birth, address…. I would like to put new ones.

Thanks for a good ideas! You wish will be partly implemented in the next release. We re also very sorry but we can not mplement the improvement with choosing the section for printing as this contradicts the theme architecture
