If I do not want to use the tagline, how do I remove the border that is left?
Do you mean the box around the text logo? There is no border around the slogan below the slideshow, so I’m not sure what you are referring to…? If you could show us a screenshot of your problem that would be helpful! Thanks 
I figured the previous question out myself. But I have a new question:
When I go into the Widgets menu, I am only showing the option of the sidebar, but none of the 4 footer columns are there. I have check to make sure that the Toggle Footer is enabled. Is there another setting I need to enable to show the rest of the widget areas?

I am using Flight with All-In-One Event Calendar Plugin from Timely. When I click an event, a page is displayed with the default slideshow background. I would like to have the background of the details page to be a static image, but it is not a real “page” displayed, so I cannot edit the page template. Is there a way to change the DEFAULT or to create a page that is used for the event display.
We don’t support 3rd party plugins aside from WPML and WooCommerce, however we did download Timely and had a look at it to see if there was an easy solution to your problem. It looks like it would take a fair bit of work the way the plugin is setup. I am estimating it would cost around $120 if you wanted us to do it. Unfortunately there is no easy solution, however if it is something that is important and you want us to make the engineering changes just send an email to sales@themesuite.com. Thanks

No problem! We haven’t right off hand, the only thing similar was a hotel booking plugin one customer was using, but aside from that we haven’t tested any, or run into any customers using a calendar/event plugin. I’m quite sure you should be able to find one that works though, and likely one that would be easier to customize the Event page background image. In order to have a custom map with traveling paths as you have outlined above would require customizing the theme’s PHP files (if you had the HTML version it would be quite a bit easier to implement). We would be able to do it for you, but this sort of customization is not included in the free theme support (as there is nothing wrong with the theme itself). You haven’t followed the directions and removed the code outlined above from the wp-content/themes/flight/js/editor/effects.js file. You can see it is still loading this code around Lines 49-59.

Hi Val,
The Flight HTML template would be a better candidate for this as it is easily editable in the /js/slideshow/slideshow.pictures.js, however in the WordPress theme it is managed through slideshow_content.js which the Option Panel automatically creates through the Images tab (based on your selection). Unless the CDN is in the same format it wouldn’t work.

I would recommend trying to keep the image size around 200kb or less. Width doesn’t matter so much, but around 1200px would be optimal. Thanks!

Hi there, it looks like you have the Static Image Background for Mobile Devices setting set to ON under the Flight Option Panel > Images. Change this to OFF and that should fix your problem! Actually we were able to figure it out without login details, here’s the file you need to overwrite: http://files.themesuite.com/flight-wp/styles-scripts_php.zip (make sure you unzip before you upload it to your FTP). It will be located in the main theme directory: /wp-content/themes/flight/ – just overwrite the file that is there.

Hi, I would need some help about two issues: 1. Gallery and mobile application. When opening a picture on mobile the closing X on the top right corner is not visible. Hence pic can not be closed. It is working fine for Android but not for IPhone and IPad. I am using media grid for this Gallery app. 2. Google maps API code can not be accepted…hence it is not working! Unlimited in the sidebar menu, the flyout menu can have 10 if you shrink the font size amd line height sliders a bit in the Flight Option Panel.

Glad to hear it is serving you well! Just click Save on the Fonts in the Flight Option Panel. If that doesn’t work then press the Reset button on the menu fonts and then Save. If you have any further issues please feel free to open a Support Ticket!

Hi, I love the theme. Is it possible to easily make the size of the menu font smaller? If so, does it require coding and will it adjust itself when on a mobile device or will it be too small? RJ

It will definitely still work fine for mobile. Our Support Team is always available to help if you run into anything you aren’t sure about. Drop down menus are available for the sidebar pulldown menu (see the Blog pages for an example) but not for the flyout menu. Thanks for the questions!
How can i display search box in the header part? In the HTML template there is a search box in header part but when i used the wordpress version there is no option to put search box on the header. @smvmedia: problem could be caused due to the extension name the pic’s have. It won’t upload with .JPG but will upload with .jpg .. Capital lettering isnt accepted. Hope this helps you out!
