Hi Rosharon, the builder is hosted on our servers and there is no way to build custom modules at the moment
Could you add an editable preheader section for Mailchimp so it displays better in inboxes?

1. You can edit for free the template in mailchimp.
2. Not sure what you exactly are trying to know. You can edit the code once you export it from the builder on you pc. From there you can make further improvements and then import it in Mailchimp.
3. Sure, we support almost all email clients desktop and mobile. There is a list of supported devices in the item description

When will your Template Builder be updated? I can only add or remove sections and colors and the gear tab has “Available Soon” and no options?

Purchased but once I make edits or create a template other than default it doesn’t allow me to download the HTML. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I can download the default unedited template without a problem.

Hi Steve, I’m using the SHIFT template for the first time in MailChimp. It looks great, however on my iPhone when I send the campaign or a test email, some of the text is missing in the boxes, however it looks ok in the browser or client versions.
For example, I have: chorus sing on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 3pm in the C2 Auditorium.. and on my phone it looks like
chorus sing in the C2 Auditorium…
Any suggestions?
fyi…there is a blank spaces where the missing text should be.

Well, I’m still having issues with text disappearing on the mobile version. I exported theme builder for SHIFT again, then ran the webpage, regenerated the template, imported to mail chimp, created a campaign, and still having issues. Also, now the first graphic will not size correctly on the iPhone version. Sending you an example.

Hi johnjney we fixed the issues and tested it in mailchimp and on an ipod (result should be the same on the iphone). Just build the layout again from the builder and should work perfectly.
In anycase, let me know with a mail test

It is weird becase still not working not this shift template and neither sendy template. May be it is only me
Hi rubenr11, we are checking constantly the server from yesterday and everything is running and working. This is really weird. We have normal access from the other users and seem they have no problems. Have you tried refreshing the page or trying to access from another computer and/or internet connection?
Hello. Are these templates compatible with Mailchimp’s RSS to Email feature?
Hi blythebrumleve, unfortunatly this template is not compatible with Mailchimp’s RSS. We are looking to get this feature in the future updates.
There seem to be some alignment and sizing issues when using the Gmail App. Can this be fixed? See the linked image below for screenshots from Litmus.

It seems to be working now. Before, I was getting a blank page when entering the demo. I really like this template and am playing with different color combinations.

Having some issues with mailchimp. In their editor, any items in your layout that use multiple images/text fields are cloned. ie, if I have side by side elements with an image on top and text below, when I set the left image/text, the right side mirrors it.
Pulling up the code shows that MC uses the same url for both images and the same text for each field. I assume that is some sort of class or ID issue?

Hi brucesecure, we just uploaded the fix right now. Just export a mailchimp template from the builder. We haven’t tested it cause we are having some internet connection slowdown, that’s why this late response. Anyway it should work without problems, we just updated the ids. We will submit the new version to themeforest in these days, with this issue fixed and some new module. Sorry again for the late reply. Best Regards

I was also unsure about the builder – eg how to remove date and add images using the demo.
The new features we are adding will give you the ability to edit all texts and images right from the builder. This should solve this problem. If you use mailchimp or campaign monitor, texts and images are editable in their template builder once you import the proper template
