I don’t want to resell it. I want to use it. I cant open it on adobe, i cant access any of the code, and it wont upload on shopify to switch my website template to this. I need to access the code and splice it just to get it to work on shopify. This is only for my personal website use, I just want it to work.

It is strange! I have just downloaded this item via my profile on ThemeForest. And I opened it on Adobe. Please, look at the screenshot. I don’t know why you can’t do it. But anyway, you can request a refund. I will refund your money.
