I open your site without any crash issue. I would recommend you to turn off video background module because it might cause issue for visitor who has low performance computer.
Sorry, I forgot to mention that this only happens when you use an iPad. I don’t have problems on my desktop… If I use my tablet I have the same problem of the site crashing every time I open it

How can I make it possible to show the icon over an article in every post. You can see the difference from the screenshots: one of the frontpage and one of the two columns category. The icon shows only in category view and I need it in every post. Thank You!

The icon doesn’t show in the Columns Blog of Frontpage:
It doesn’t display because of content layout. As you can see there is red block at the top left corner of the post and it won’t be nice to display an icon under it. It’s theme design layout decision.
If you want to change it. it needs a custom modification. This type of customization is a bit more complex and is not covered under normal theme support.

1 – When you quick edit, you lose all the properties that you have previously pre-imposed 2 – The post_type_bg (the icon which specifies the internal of the post: image gallery or multimedia such as video or audio) in the CATEGORY WITH SLIDER Menu ( http://themes.themegoods.com/venus_wp/?page_id=1222 ) or 2 COLUMNS CATEGORY or 2 COLUMNS CATEGORY NO EXCERPT doesn’t correspond to the post (it slips to the next post). Such a bug doesn’t happen in CLASSIC BLOG (http://themes.themegoods.com/venus_wp/?page_id=1075 )

2. Yes basically you can use theme ads widget and add your ads HTML embed code there.
Would you possibly know of any directory plugins that may work with Venus? We love the theme and have had great responses, just need to add an announcement ticker at the top and a directory for clients. We realize you can’t guarantee outside plugins, but curious if you know of any that could work. Thanks in advance…

1. Yes theme support multiple authors but I don’t quite understand about “identity tags” you mentioned. If you mean standard Wordpress post tag system then yes it support that.
2. The load of your site doesn’t depend on the theme but your server performance.
Also having an issue with the Parallax Background Image in the Content Builder. The image doesnt show when the block first comes into view (just shows white box), and then as I scroll past the block that should contain the photo, the image only starts to come into view once Im almost completed scrolled past everything.

It’s because your background image height is too small so it displays white background instead. Try to increase background image height.
Hi! I’m thinking about buying your theme, because I really really like it. But first I have three questions…
1. Is it easy to have the classic blog showing the posts completely? Right now there are always shown only 40 words or so. I would like to have it “old school” with most of the post’s content shown.
2. Are the sliders and the mega menu only for posts or can they show pages or images, too?
3. Is a portfolio section planned for a future update?

1. Yes you can have classic blog layout and display full post content.
2. Slider displays only post content but mega menu can display any content using widgets.

Thanx, I already asked one of our devs who was working on another project. We need even more customasation than ik first thought. example break out google webfonts and color control so it is only adaptable in the screen.css file ( to stop our admins from making boohoos 
)

I want to use this theme but the featured image background image issue is a deal breaker unless i use really high res images in my post this is not going to work as the images are either blurry or cut off all the options and plugins ive tried to crop or other adjust the images as suggested here and other places have failed
If i remove the featured images then i cannot use thumbnails in the previews on the home page
totally frustrated you will not address these issues at this point i cannot continue with this theme

I have a question about the shortcode “pp_gallery”, when i call it in a single post, i haven’t the choice of my galleries, the propositions are blank. He don’t find the id. But, in a post, when i call a gallery by the sidebar of admin panel, all my galleries appears and i can make a choice without problems. How can i have a gallery thumbail in a post?

Logged in with purchased account for previous question: I noticed the “Continue Reading” or “Read More” link is missing from the post excerpts. If a post has no photo, it’s tough to tell that you can click on the headline. Is it possible to re-enable for this theme?

On the classic blog layout, for each excerpt in the lefthand content, there is a photo, title, truncated copy, author/date/comments. I’m looking for the ”...” or “Continue Reading” link after the truncated copy and before the author/date/comments but can’t seem to find it in the templates. If this is not possible I will let my client know. Thank you.
