I’m considering buying this but I’m a little confused by the name. Is this intended to be used with the Sendy email system using Amazon SES ? and does it include the builder for doing that ?

Hi, so I was using the builder that is included in the download and tried uploading it to Mailchimp but its not matching up (colors, blocks, etc). This really needed to be done tomorrow, if theres anyway you could help me quickly it would be very much appreciated. you can email me at christy (at) christyschmid (dot) com and I will send you images. I would also really like to change the image on the preview, but when I do this, it needs to exaclty match the size of your sample one otherwise there are lots of issues. please help.

Hi guys, I’ve used this template , it works very well , but i’ve found a problem with Outlook 2010 and Outlook.com…The problem it’s in the CSS property ‘background-image’. I’ve read that is an incompatibility problem , any aids?
Hi Alligatore3 thanks for purchasing Sendy. Unfortunatly outlook doesn’t support background images. However we are working on some updates and try to find a workaround to this problem. We will let you know as soon as possible

But just one last question , I’ve studied the code and when you write that microsoft Outlook is in ‘Compatible Browsers’ section , you’re meaning what? That I’ll see the table layout without the image?

Hi Alligatore3, of course there will be some little differences from clients to clients, but the overall layout will always look right. Unfortunately this issue wasn’t expected at the beginning, that’s why we are running all our template through Email on Acid now and are fixing all these little issues. We will upload an updated version very soon Sorry for this inconvenience

Hi LucVG the builder is included, but not the source code. The builder in the package will give you access to an online version of the builder, with export feature enabled.
ok, I understand. But how is it then possible to change the picture (below Sendy). Did we need to replace it in the code, because with the builder it is not possible ?
Hi Luc, thanks for purchase. At this moment this feature is not supported from within the builder. However, if you use MailChimp or Campaign Monitor you can change the image once you import the template. The HTML Version need some coding knowledge. We will update the builder with new features constantly, and this is one of the first updates we already had in mind to do. If you need more help don’t hesitate asking. We are here to help
in mailchimp you need then to go to the code, correct?

Is this just templates with all html and css codes? How about the builder? Where can I use it? A bit confuse?
Hi Jackwong, included files in the package are listed in the item description. The actual builder is just a preview and won’t let you generate the template that was build with the builder. The package was its own one with no limitations

Hi lila1980, first of all, thank you for your purchase. MailChimp, as Campaign Monitor are email marketing solutions to manage contacts and send emails. They both feature the ability to import email templates and edit the content on their platforms. In the documentation you can find further instructions on how to import the templates. The HTML Version of the template can be used in any other cases, but the content has to be edited in the code. If something isn’t clear enough just let us know.
