Hi, the template is currently left aligned in yahoo mail. I tested with the original sendy html.
Been using it for months until noticing this last week (I think maybe yahoo changed something?)

Hi Lobsterlord, sorry for this inconvenience. The Online Builder is updated and the Yahoo issue should be fixed. Just export a template from the builder.

Hi rajaindian, I have never done that. By default it has not this support, but can be modified to do RSS to email campaign with a bit of coding.

I just purchased Sendy newsletter but when I loaded HTML template into Mailchimp, it gives me the following error on the ‘Mailchimp visual editor screen (Edit Design button) – Editing disabled: duplicate mc: edit ID. If you click the Edit Code button to work directly in the template’s HTML.it shows fine. Thx in advance.

Hi, What size should the background image be so it doesn’t muck up when uploaded? I tried making one 600×450 pixels as this appears to be what your stock image is but it doesn’t work
Hi mthompsonlaing thanks for purchasing sendy. The width should be 600px while the height depends on the content length. You can make it greater then 450px without problems. The layout will fit the content height automatically.

Hi naseer123, thanks for purchasing Sendy.
That’s really simple:
1. Just choose HTML as platform from our template builder and edit the layout as you need.
2. After that simply press the EXPORT button in the bottom left corner.
3. Open the downloaded file with a text editor and copy all the source code.
4. In Sendy, just create a new campaign, switch to HTML view in the editor and paste the code you copied before.
5. Switch back to Design view and you’re done.
From there you can edit the content and reuse the template for every campaign. If the layout need some changes you can always use our template builder for new layouts.

Hi naseer123, we are integrating sendy in the builder these weeks so all the contents are customizable. But don’t worry about that, because once you import sendy in sendy (_) you can change the content from there.
I’m sorry for the other question, there is no way to import other themes… The builder works only with the themes we provide.

I bought this and I am TOTALLY confused. I want to edit the template as a newsletter with different content each week. I see no way to edit the content in the builder – just the colors. The video is worthless. A step by step tutorial would have been nice. I an REALLY getting tired of buying stuff here on themeforest that has lousy documentation and support which you don’t find out until after you buy – then there’s no refunds
Hi jbryant, sorry to hear the video didn’t helped, but it shows you clearly what you can do. The main purpose of the builder is giving you the ability to quickly edit your layout and at the end export it for mailchimp or campaign monitor. You should open the builder inside the package. It will redirect you to the correct url. from there you need to insert the purchase code provided in the “Licenze Certificate & Purchase Code” file, available in the download section of themeforest.It will give you the the access to te builder without limitations
