hi, Great theme, but when i go for smarton in my iPad 2, page displays the bad is black loading screen that does not go away and google maps do not show. I prepare to buy this template

Thank you for pointing that out. The Slider Revolution was stuck trying to load a video that it was not longer available. We removed it and everything is working like it should now. Unfortunately the iOS 8 made a number on iPad 2 and ruin the experience of the new websites (i own a iPad 2). Anyway.. you can check the website now on iPhone or iPad…it should work with no problem.

Hi there im a beginner in html and I was thinking about purchase this template, but i was looking at the preview and I see you have a login/password box but I don’t know what sistem do you use to set users and passwords, could you tell me something about this?

The login/password box are only for styling purpose. There is no engine behind it. We add it so everyone can have the style ready in case they add any engine that will have Login box (username/password).

The WP is going very well but unfortunately we did not expected to become so big (a lot of shortcodes, Visual Composer, site variations like Agency, Construction, Hotel, Shop). But we are close to finish and we hope to have it released in the next 2 weeks top. So just a little more patience .

I am in the process of customizing the theme, but noticed that I get a spinning wheel on every page while the page is loading even though I have very little imagery on the page. How can I eliminate the spinning wheel as it is very annoying to go through on every page.

Fantastic, that did the trick.
Now can you please help me with the slider on the home page. I am having a very hard time going to a simple rotation of just 3 images. I don’t want anything fancy. No grid on top, no animation, just simple rotation of images with writing on them. I also need to shrink the height to half of what you have it right now.
Can you please help me accomplish that?
To summarize,
1. simple rotating slider with no overlay, grid, etc… 2. Height, half of what you have it on the demo with the boxed version.

Open you application.js file from js/themejs/ and go to line 216 ( in case you edited the file look for ” (’.testimonials’).carouFredSel “) and change the duration from ” duration : 800, ” to what you wish. Hope that helps.

Hi, this is an awesome template, i just have one doubt. The fullscreen html5 video can’t be seen in the mobile version? On web everything looks fine but on mobile only the the cover image loads and not the video. How can the video be loaded on mobile version also? Thanks for your help.

On Mobile Devices the HTML5 videos will not play auto, since Apple and other Mobile Device Producer does not allow to play Videos auto to save the band width and battery life on the device so user will have to click the play button.

Ok. Thanks. One other question, if i want to add a YouTube video, how can i make it to fit as the html5 example, I put in width and height 100% but i get black bars on the side, even though the original video is 1280×720. I would like to make it fit full width. Thanks.

The full screen video background is only available for HTML5 videos. If you want to add your video you will have to download the youtube video and convert it to HTML5 video format or you can add your video as a caption in Revolution Slider. To learn how to do that you can check the SR documentation included in the pack that you downloaded from Themeforest.

Thank you for your purchase. To add another map with another waypoint create a holder for your map like “map-canvas2”. After that add some css styling in the smarton.css for the map holder that you just created. Next step is to go to js folder and open application.js. There at line 283 the google maps code starts. Replicate that entire code for you new map and change in that code the map holder from “map-canvas” to “map-canvas2”. If this is confusing for you please open a Support ticket.

I do however have one little problem, i cant seem to get my Google API key to work so all my pages keep giving me the same error: Google has disabled use of the Maps API for this application. The key provided is not a valid Google API Key or it is not authorised for the Google Maps Javascript API v3 on this site. If you are the owner of the application, yoiu can learn about obtaining a valid key here: http://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/tutorial#api_key

A question: is it possibile to remove the function of the popup content? The fact is that this function, with a tablet, is not usable, because while you scroll the page and put your finger on the touchscreen you can see blank content (White page) until you not remove your finger from the screen. An inexperienced user might not realize that the page has popup content, considering that it is empty. for this reason I think that this feature is not very usable

The modal, tooltips or any functions or effects can be removed or disabled with no problems. If you scroll the pages, content appear gradually. I refer to this. And with ipad, for example, if you scroll the page dragging the finger on the touchscreen, you can’t see content until you uplift your finger. Is it clear now?
Yes. That is animation for elements when they are in view. That can be disable very easy by removing a simple class .
