Hi QODE! (youre just one guy or a team? ;p)
Im having a huge bug with windows phone.. i tested with android, ios, and windows phone…. in windows phone the site go to top (similar when you click the go to top arrow button) every 5 or 6 seconds… its happens all the time at homepage and this really make impossible to use the site in windows phone… I thinks there is something to do with the slideshow, cause the bug dont appear in outer pages…

What’s your ticket ID? If there is any urgency and for some reason your ticket is not replied, you can always tell us here about it. We are handling tickets from oldest to newest and some days we get more tickets and it takes time to reply to all of them.

1 – I need to solve some thing, can u help me? I have a link in my top menu that goes to mydomain.com.br/somepage.php … this page is NOT in the wp… then the wp tries to open inside the theme, when he found nothing the screen stays blank :s I already put target=”_blank” in the link but nothing changed…

I have a problem with the blog. I have Polylang Plugin installed. It works fine, but in Spanish (only in Spanish, not in English) it shows a demo post at the top of the blog.
This post is titled “Inteligent Transitions In UX Design” with the subtitle “Claritas est etiam processus dynamicus”. I want to unpublish it but I can’t. At first I turned the post to draft and pending view, but it didn’t work. Then I deleted the post, but it stills appears in the same place:

Hi, I bought your theme and it is great. But I have a problem. When I try to add a accordion or toggle, it doesn’t work. Just purchased. Attempting to set up the demo data. Demo content is not importing on localhost WP install to look like the demo theme. Demo content appears to be missing when comparing to menu options etc. on the existing demo.
The visual composer (frontend editor) keeps freezing across all browsers forcing me to “kill” the pages as they become un-editable.
Is this theme and demo content not compatible when using a localhost environment?
Update:
Tried the demo data on a real server environment. All data imported (according to the importer); VC still freezes and demo page data not displaying properly.

Hi, I posted this comment last week under my other account for Chris Manfre. You mentioned to submit a ticket for this and did that twice and I keep getting a message saying the ticket was closed but no explanation. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Here is the question again below:
I set my logo to be centered in header/footer options and it takes over the slider image below it.
Is there a way to center the logo and have the navigation below it without being so large and covering the slider. I set the height to zero in the header option and still does it.

I love what I see, but I’ve just one question before clicking the purchase button, i’m new to wordpress so first of all i’d need help in setting the whole site up (sorrryyy ) – also I want the site to have the 1st page as the blog (home page) followed by about me, services, resume, contact, etc. as other pages. so if someone comes to the site, the first thing they see is the blog than they navigate to contact or anything of that sort. can you guys help me set it up, is it even possible with this theme?

Regarding homepage, yes, it is possible. You can set any page to be your homepage.
Regarding building the site, you have documentation that is packed with the theme to help you up with the building. Also, we provide demo content that is on our demo site so you can import that demo content too see how we built it. If you encounter any problem, we will help you to handle them.

Just zoom text. I know it will break many layouts. In fact I hope it does… but I need to show this to a client then sell them on the CTRL + and CTRL – to increase the size of a page globally, as opposed to just text.

Problem with that option is that there is many different font styles, so each of them have to get handled separately. Take a look at this page: http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/eden/about-us-extended/. There are so many font styles and sizes. This is usually handled by adding class to the body element, for example: size1, size2, normal, size3, size4 and then defining font size change for all different text styles based on body class. This takes some time to accomplish.

wp-font-resizer broke every theme including twenty ten through fourteen.
In particular, and the reason I’m sharing, it completely broke the ‘widgets’ window. Nothing could be added or changed. Strange!
I installed it on my local box and didn’t have any problem with it. Yeah, it’s very strange.
Don’t have theme yet but this seems to be the closest for us.
In terms of accessibility do you offer a widget or plugin to change font size on the fly?
Do you support any external widgets or plugins that serve this purpose?

Oh, sorry, didn’t understand what you were looking for. No, we don’t have that feature built-in. Are you looking to zoom whole web site or just size of the text in the content? Please note that sizing text might affect layout of the web site (if text can’t fit anymore sections, etc).

Hey! One pre-sale question. I view eden on ipad air. On shop page… if I click on item… the detail page do not open. I only can click on the button “add to cart”. After I see the product in shopping cart. But I have no chance to reach the detail page before. Is that an issue? Thanks for reply!

I have the problem on your demo. I don’t purchased your theme so I can not have it on my server ;P But I would like to purchase if everything works
I just tested again on my iPad Air with ios 7.1. I click on item in shop, I see the dark grey mouse over and the button “add to cart”. I click again. Nothing happens. If I click on item or on cart button, in both cases the page does not open. Only the item on top flashes (mouse over).
But… if I click on item with status “out of stock” it works!! I think the button “add to cart” makes problems.

Regarding 6 cols, Eden already has 6 cols project layout, it’s just not in demo.
Regarding gallery with load more, Eden has it too, it is not in our demo, but not sure on which gallery image you think, since you passed us a link with theme forest iframe and we can’t see the gallery. But still, Eden has gallery on demo with 4 cols (http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/eden/portfolio/gallery-style-condensed/four-columns-wide/), only you need to do is to set 6 cols with load more button.

Hello! So far I’m loving this theme, but I am having an issue: I’m using the blog masonry layout and the title of my blog is showing up under the logo image. This looks different from the preview of this theme which doesn’t show the blog title under the logo image.
How do I get rid of that title and the associated spacing? I looked through the docs and didn’t find anything….
