Hello. Great theme that’s easy to customize. I was wondering if it is possible to have the blog pages and blog category pages show FULL POST TEXT content instead of automatic excerpts? The standard Wordpress setting for FULL TEXT or SUMMARY does not change the display on this theme.

When using Safari, the individual articles of my blog at http://www.thebiggamehuntingblog.com/ run off the edges of the screen. The home page renders properly using Safari, and all of the other pages look ok using other browsers, just not Safari. Any idea what could be causing this problem?

That is kind of weird, because it does not happen on the theme preview. To fix that update the theme and if you still have trouble add this under Queed Options>General tab>Custom CSS:@media (max-width: 480px) {.blog_content.align_me {width:290px !important;}}

I’ve been having issues with getting the featured image on each of blog posts to look right. It either appears way too large, or is normal sized and fuzzy. Can you provide some insight on the right way for me to set it up? What is the ideal size for the featured image?

I am new to WordPress so I am lost right now. I purchased and installed this theme today. I went through and customized a good amount of it and was trying to view my website to see how it was coming along. My homepage shows up just fine but when I click on a link to go to another page, I get a 404 error page can not be found. I can’t figure out for the life of me why they won’t show up.

Thank you. I changed the permalink system to default and they show up now. Now how can I use the page name as part of the url? I want www.laruzdesigns.com/?page_id=95#prettyPhoto to read as www.laruzdesigns.com/portfolio. I tried changing the permalink system to a custom one but that’s when the pages wouldn’t show up. Thanks for your help!

The theme does not interfere with the Wordpress permalinks option so you are free to edit it accordingly. You can find more info here http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks

The members shortcode should not have any border. Turn off any plugins you may have and try again. If you still see it please send me a private message with a link.
About the 5 members per row: you will need to edit the inc/shortcodes.php file for that.

When I look at my blog on a mobile device, the Navigation menu appears invisible because the text and background are both black. How do I go about editing the color of the background and text so that the text is visible?

I’ve purchased your theme some time ago and still love the flexibility of it. The only problem I’m having is adding a second html content box on the homepage that will appear above the slider and below the navbar. Can you assist? I have a problem with the categories. Whatever the slug used the category page will only show the 3 lastest articles I published. The issue is the same with the tags: whatever the slug, the 3 latest articles are shown. Well that plugin had never brought any issues with the theme (at least that I have heard of). Maybe you can try and do a google search for a fix or ask the plugin developer if this is a known issue.
Otherwise you can try WPML, but I think that with this theme you will need to make some manual translations of certain strings. Cheers!

Hi, this is a really beautiful theme, but one question: can you have different sized images then the one’s displayed in the demo? Or will it auto-crop all the images to be a certain size and width? I have all sorts of different sized modeling images and I can’t crop them because then my body would be cropped off. Will that be a problem when using this theme? Thanks for your help!

Hi, two questions. 1. I’m trying to make the homepage completely web-app capable but having trouble when I place the code in the header.php’s meta tags. What should I be doing? 2. The google maps (contacts page) doesn’t have a pin. How can I get a pin to pinpoint the address on the map? And is it possible to replace the pin with an custom image?

1 – I don’t know what you mean with web-app and also I don’t know exactly what problem you are having;
2 – You need to create a custom map on the Google Maps website. Just search for “google maps custom location”

You can add some custom CSS to the theme options. Use the browser inspector to know what CSS classes should be targeted. This is not an option, because regular blogs always require dates to be displayed. If you can’t do this please send me a private message with a link to your blog page.

Hi, I updated Wordpress days ago, and I hadn’t any problem, until today. It seems there’s some problem at line 93, I can’t do nothing in the admin panel cause all the screen is full of text like:

You need to change the main.js file for this. You need also to edit the template_portfolio.php so that it loads both images.

Your frontpage seems to be showing your latest posts. To change this go to Settings>Reading and select the page you want to use. Make sure also that the Posts Page options is blank.

The theme should fit that type of content too. You just need to create some Pages instead of Portfolio and Blog posts. The portfolio posts are flexible enough to display other types of content.

Thanks for your response. Now I have another question:
I’m using a logo sized 156px × 134px and this makes the navigation menu sort of bottom-aligned with the logo. I want to make the navigation menu rise to about halfway the logo’s height. There’s lots of logo/menu related divs I can see here. Which one do I need to edit?

Downloaded your theme “Queed”. Nice work. Looks great.
Having an issue with the contact form. The address is not positioning correctly to the right of the address icon in line with the phone number, fax, and mail. It is lining up underneath the address icon and to the left slightly.
