Problem: With the Widget underneath the vertical menu, on a mobile device you can’t see the menu open unless you scroll down and see the menu open. You can see it here at www.thedenverhomewood.com. Love the widget, but I can’t see the menu open with the widget in place.
Solution: Is there any way to have the mobile version of the menu popup over whatever widget is in place?

Would you please let me know your website URL? Visual Composer has released a new version today but I’ve found a bug in it so I’m not including it in Vertikal for now.
By the way, TAB shortcode had a problem in Vertikal v1.4 and I’ve immediately released a new version yesterday (v1.4.1).
If you are using v1.4 please download the theme from ThemeForest again and upgrade it. If you are using v1.4.1 but still have this problem, please open a ticket in http://themique.ticksy.com and give me permission on your WordPress and I’ll check this for you.

Important Note About WordPress 3.9 and WPML Plugin
Dear clients, current version of WPML plugin is not compatible with WordPress 3.9. If you are using this plugin, please do not upgrade to WordPress 3.9 and wait for WPML to release a new update.
By the way, Vertikal v1.4 which was released on Apr 17 is completely compatible with WordPress 3.9 and if you are not using WPML, you may safely upgrade your WordPress to the latest version.

Thanks for improving your theme, its great to have top support. I have found a problem using the new version 1.4 and Wordpress VideoPress. Its a video hosting service from Wordpress.
Before the upgraded all videos on the site were viable and playing perfectly.
Once I upgraded the theme to 1.4, all the videos disappear from the pages, even though the code of the video are still within the page code.
I tried to create a new page with just a Videopress shortcode for one video but still the problem remains.
I have now reverted back to v1.3 and all video are showing and play as they should.
Any ideas?

WOW ! now am in big trouble ! Hello Iman i did the update for 1.4 and now my language links with my menu dos not work , when i go on the www.peinturejev.com it’s by default in French and that’s what i want but if i click on any french menu it goes to English.By example if i click on ACCUEUIL it goes to HOME. If i click on the French flag to back on the french flag it stay in English. This is a big trouble i tried to fix it but now my client is not happy. Please help me it’s i litle bit urgent . i did the up grade of 3.9 before the 1.4
I guess there is some incompatibility between WPML and WordPress 3.9… I’m still checking it. Is it possible for you to revert it back to WordPress 3.8?

I’ve checked for this issue on WPML forums and I guess I was right and the problem is with WPML and WordPress 3.9.

Some of your translations are out of date.
First please make a backup from your current site. You can do this in your web hosting control panel or do this manually by copying all of the files in your website.
Then please read these articles:

They have some step by step instructions which will teach how to downgrade WordPress to an older version.
But please make a copy of your current wp-content directory and keep it in a safe place before doing anything else.

wow am so surprise that upgrades are not a secure thing to do !
I always recommend to wait for a few days before upgrading to latest version of WordPress since some plugins don’t have time to upgrade and make them compatible with the latest version in a few hours.
This is what happened to WPML too… Please make a backup and downgrade your WordPress by following the above articles. Once it’s done, please wait a few days and once you see a new version of WPML is released, upgrade your WordPress too…

It seems that your Visual Composer plugin is removed. Please login into your FTP then go to this directory:
/home/gucci1505/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/
and rename it to
/home/gucci1505/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer_bak/
Then re-install Visual Composer by logging into your WordPress dashboard. I’ve tried to fix this for you but I don’t have access to your FTP.
Please let me know if this helps.

Thank you for that move. When i use to go and edit a page there was a button before called something like visual composer or visual …..something. And when i was cliking on that button there was a friendly type of way to create and edit the page, but now it’s not there. Is it possible to have the visual editer again ? Again big thank’s , i promisse to get better and learn how to do my back up after that web site is the bug. The only thing missing is the connection between the french and english version and for this to go back like before i guess the update of wpml will fix that in 4 days. Is it possible to have the visual editer again ?

It seems that WPML is generating some javascript errors on your pages and it’s causing some of your pages functionality to stop working.
I’ve deactivated it and Visual Composer was working fine again. Current version of WPML is not compatible with WordPress 3.9. You should disable it / revert back to WordPress 3.8 or wait for them to make their plugin compatible with WordPress 3.9.
So it seems nothing is wrong with Visual Composer plugin.

How did you try to update it? It should upgrade easily once you upgrade your theme to latest version. It will show a message and will ask you to update plugins and once you click on Update link it should automatically update…

Thank you for purchasing Vertikal! We can do this by some custom CSS codes, but I guess the easiest and fastest way is to replace current font awesome arrow with something which looks like a normal UL bullet. Please try this code (Please add it to “Appearance > Theme Options > Custom CSS”):

I’ve checked your site and it seems that you have a plugin installed which is changing some scripts URL to a URL that does not exist on your site. This is causing your pages to generate JS errors and preventing your slider to work.
