Easy: all thumbnails are rounded instead of square… Only on iphone and ipad… On desktop computer thumbnails are square.
It couldn’t be done using theme admin. However you can edit theme CSS file to change that

The social counter widget support 3 social services facebook, youtube and twitter but all social icons display at the footer.
URGENT Hi, We went into our Homepage (which we built via the Content Builder) to edit an image in the Parallax Background Image section.We clicked insert into post, save. We then went to Preview the change and everything we built with Content Builder had disappeared! This is the second time that this has happened. Please advise.

Additional info: We noticed that it seems to be doing this on a Mac using the latest version of Firefox. We have not had this issue with our other word press sites.

Hello I have a problem with author’s links, they does not link to author ’s page but to 404 page… Except in 404 page links are ok and provide the right URL to authors page. Thanks for your help.

Hi there, I love the theme. I adapted it for a client and then she asked to remove the slider to use http://www.lenslider.com/ instead in its place because of the functionality differences. Where in the php files is the current slider called so I can switch the two of them?

On each article, there is the tweet button “Tweet it” and unfortunately, when someone clicks on it, the tweet pop up only shows the URL but not the title of the article.

I have just purchased your theme Venus and I think it is Awesome. I only have one issue that has come up and that’s the demo sample does not have the full sample content most links revert back to themegoods demo site versus full off site content.

3. No it will automatically resize your images.
4. Sorry I can’t guarantee on 3rd party plugins but I will test them if there are many customers requests

I purchased this theme to use it with WPML. Unfortunately, I’m having trouble configuring it correctly. Pls help. I’m trying to: 1) configure articles so they only show in their respective language, presently all show up in the homepage 2) Allow the language switcher widget from WPML to work, I can’t get it to work.

Hi again, I am just working on the home page and using the content builder ( nice work there, its super easy to use!) and I am trying to use a filterable blog but exclude the “ALL” feature.
Ideally I just want to feature only a few elements from the parent category with a few items from selected subcategories instead of all the content shown.
EG: http://themes.themegoods.com/venus_wp/ under the slider is a filterable category element i am talking about.
It just means that with an “ALL” feature it duplicates content on the page if you have more than one filterable section.

1. If you mean video background module. It doesn’t support Youtube but you have to upload .mp4 video and enter video URL there instead.
2. Yes you can select some categories to be filtered in content builder option.
The video now works, but for categories perhaps I was not clear. I wish that in the case of the use of filterable blog, you would see only the selected categories and not all the others, that I would like the initial section of “all” no longer existed. I think it’s a problem but do not know how to change filters. thanks
