Hi, I need to create a website with two navigations – English and Mandarin. When the English Link/Flag is clicked, the English version of the website should be displayed. When the Mandarin link is clicked, it should display the entire website in Mandarin, including the page content and the navigation entirely in Mandarin. Is this possible please? The last update forces <p> </p> into every line of text.

By default WP uses text without the need to adding the paragraph into each line, this is causing a mess in my new posts. It’s becoming a problem.

Can you take a look and see why this is happening now in the Blox Content Builder.

@performer, look at my comment above to see that there is a workaround to getting the Blox Content Builder to work. there are still some bugs in it (not being able to insert images in Visual Mode, but at least the icons will be back so you can see what to click on.

My Texteditor is gone (in all the Blox Content Builder Elements) – in the Classic Editor View everything is fine – but I need the editor – it happens after the update to Wordpress 3.9!!

Hi, I have a quick question on the video element. I’m trying to use a self-hosted video (MOV and MP4 formats), but the video isn’t showing up and/or playing, and the poster image isn’t even showing up.

Submitted a support request using the links on the Support tab (fresh desk). Got a response saying to use the “new support site”. Went to the new support site, but when I register, it is not sending me a password. The issue that I’m having (and that others are having, is that in the admin, all of the font awesome icons have disappeared…rendering the Blox Content Builder almost useless. Thanks.

I have to put my question here because in the help site i get no response. The “Box Content Builder” or “Page Builder” doesn´t work anymore. When i add a row and a text element, i try to create or edit the text, i have no formating options.

Social links still not working.

I thought the problem with the social links not working was fixed a few months ago. I’m using version 1.7.4 and it’s stripping out the ’:’ from the links. Am I missing something?

I recently updated my theme to the new version 1.7.4. In doing so, the plugin I have been using Calenderize It, has stopped working (the events do not show up on the calendar anymore, as they did before). We have contacted the plugin support team, and it’s clearly an issue with the theme. I have used this plugin on other sites, with other themes, and it works fine.

Can you please advise a fix for this issue?

I am using ‘MailChimp for WordPress’ plugin and want to add a checkbox to my comment form. The plugin’s author says to put the following code into the theme’s comment form:

<?php if(function_exists('mc4wp_checkbox')) { mc4wp_checkbox(); }?>

Where do I find the comment form? I’ve looked in comment-template.php & comments.php, but can’t see where to put it so it’ll show up in the right place. Can you please help?

Also how can I do the above so that it won’t get overwritten when the theme is updated?

This is a potentially good theme with virtually no support. I don’t know whether to take it personally or not but I cannot seem to get an answer to any of the issues/problems (I have found a few). Posted to their forums AND support ticket 5 days ago and have yet to receive an answer.

Disappointed with the purchase.

When using a description with header version 3 the sticky menu when you scroll down goes all funky each of the menu items display below the white header. If I remove the description it works fine is there a fix in css so that I can use the sticky menu with descriptions still on the main menu items? I have turned off that feature for now to find a solution.

Sorry, another problem… This time I think it’s something to do with the page header, I hope you will be able to fix it.

Whenever the page header is hidden, it prevents the ‘back to top’ link from working. The link shows in the sub footer, but does not work and the .gototop_footer button does not show. Both work fine on all pages where the header is shown.

I believe this has been raised before – did you ever sort out a solution? The most recent mention of it here in the comments, was from ‘dfone’, 4 months ago, but no solution was posted.

In addition, I think the header – more specifically when it is hidden, is causing problems elsewhere. If you remember I can’t get videos to show within a lightbox. You tried to help me before and did a Screenr to show your solution – I couldn’t get your code to work. Turns out if I turn the header on (as you had in your video), your code works – unfortunately this is not an option for me. I also had similar problems when using Collapse-O-Matic (plugin) – it works when the header is visible and shows as expanded but does not collapse when the header is hidden. Weirdly this happens even when the script is loaded in the footer (as per the plugin’s settings).

Obviously you don’t support other people’s plugins, but I included the information in case it helps identify the problem as clearly there is something happening when the page header is hidden that is effecting other site functions.

WP update to 3.9 seems to have broken Visual Editor – any thoughts?

I deactivated all plugins and switched to Twenty14 theme and the visual editor tab is back. If I switch Mana back on, tab missing again. Please, how do I fix this?
