I purchased your Seller wordpress theme. Its been working okay so far but when using the One Page theme as my home page, the menu bar is not visible. Please advise. Thanks!
Please send me your site address and I wanna inspect and find the problem. Practically js error (custom plugin conflicts or code crashes) makes some interruption when using One page style.

I don’t know about Event CP but I’ll help you there if you face any issues. Also I hope it will fine with Woo Tickets because theme doesn’t have any restriction and custom integration and then that will work just like how they work on regular themes.

I have a question about displaying the posts’ date. I have added several posts today and set up different published dates in the past, but the theme shows today’s date at all posts?

If you mean the thing that says ‘x days ago’ I believe that’s because it checks when the post was created using get_post_time rather than the_date. If you’d like you can create a ticket on our support forums including your WP-Admin login information and I’ll modify it to work how you want it to.

I have few questions sir.
- What is your wp installation language?
- Or have you set different language on wp-config.php?
- Can you please give us your site address and login details on support site?
I had faced similar issue on Portuguese site. Which was related date_i18n function and purpose of this function is to return translated date. But it doesn’t allow good result and requires modification on different languages than those included 18 langs. If it is, I need to replace that function with regular function and update.

2. You can create portfolio posts with category filter. Check out portfolio element

This is not good we have multiple issues with the template. We made tickets about 2 to 3 weeks ago and still no proper response to them from their support line. I am not sure why they are giving such a week support for a great product.

You can change styling from Site customize section. And you can add multiple blocks (rows) from PageBuilder and those have options of enabling fullwidth and custom color and background image.

I really like your theme and interested in buying it.
I saw that there is a bug in the menu when in mobile version, or when I resize the screen to the smallest. For example, if you go to the “page builder” sub-menu, it becomes blank and you cannot select anything. Same for the “Features” sub-menu, it shows “hidden column” instead of the sub-menu. Other sub-menu work fine, like the “Pages” sub-menu…
Do you know where the bug is, and have you figured it out yet ?
I would not want to have bugs in mobile version, if I buy it…

I have another question. The Revolution Slider acts very weirdly.

You don’t need to provide purchase code there. You’ve purchased the theme and theme includes version of slider. Just click on dismiss (x) link. Purpose of this is for only getting slider updates. I’ll provide you an update of slider on each theme updates.
