I got a response from Irvin but i have not received any email to alert me of reply to this ticket. See below. Can you please resolve this?

Also, do i have to continuously input theme licence whenever want to activate support?? If so, this is a little unusual and cumbersome.

In addition, my question regarding upload has not been resolved. I am not getting 500 error. Quite simply only some images are being imported sometimes. Other times it is posts and sometimes pages. I would appreciate this being resolved as it is becoming frustrating.

Thanks for the comment. Some customers reporting us about problems with demo content uploading. Most likely this is due to the large volume of downloaded data. Quick solution: If you get Error 500 when uploading demo data – just refresh page(F5). In different cases have to do so from 2 to 5 times. Now we are looking for a convenient solution.

We will add settings for header BG and height in the nearest update. If you have any suggestions for settings, we will be happy to hear it from you.

A few more questions have come up whilst checking out the demo:

4. On the demo site the modal boxes all have a horizontal scrollbar. I assume this can easily be set to word-wrap content / max. width?

5. Can the right sliding block be triggered from a link on a page instead of the tab at the page edge and is it possible to set it to open on a particular tab, e.g. sidebar or bookmarks?

6. Does the theme support self-hosted videos or do I need to use a video plugin to achieve this?

7. Does the mailer plugin have any kind of checking mechanism, i.e. email confirmation / double opt-in? This would be crucial for use of this feature in production

—The login popup is not at all responsive. Fixed in update 1.1

—Tables / pricing tables are theoretically responsive (difficult I know) but the text within the tables doesn’t seem to resize at all

The problem is with the structure of columns in Pricing table: they consist of independent cells, and when changing the window’s width, they change independently. Such behavior we can see with all top-themes. The thing is that all cells contain the SAME text. If we put text of different length, you will see rows breaking due to independent change of cell’s height. We will do our best to resolve this in the nearest updates.

-The contents of the shopping cart at the top of the page display in part off the viewport. Fixed in update 1.1

Questions:

1. Regarding screen dimensions, we’re doing our best to rebuild the layout and keep all the contents visible, since we cannot decide for the client, what contents to hide, and what contents to keep visible.

2. For each page/post/category, you can assign independent set of widgets for each sidebar, as well as you can manage their display.

3. Please, be a little more specific. If you’re talking about top sidebar, where widgets display on tabs, then this section display all standard WordPress widgets, as well as ThemeREX widgets correctly.

5.To open the right panel in the theme settings, you can choose between the button in right screen’s corner and the button in menu. For each page/post/category you can set independent set of widgets for right panel, as well as specify which tab will be active when opening the panel (starting from version 1.1)

6. The theme supports both self-hosted video (shortcode [video]) and with external videos from many video-hosting (like Youtube, Vimeo etc)

Sure, I meant for example the way the Ubermenu plugin works:

You can include widgets (e.g. text, forms, images, login) in the dropdowns. Your menu is a kind of megamenu (and appears to support including images and products from the shop). It’s not that important, but a nice feature to have.

There is content demo to get the same menu like yours (images)

Also one other question as I’m exploring your demo in detail. For the Skills (Arc) shortcode, is it possible to have a different title in the middle of the arcs as opposed to “Skills”
