I’ve just updated the theme and results my website is down because it’s no more included WPBakery Visual Composer plugin, with I built my site in! So have I to redo entirely my website in Elementor now?? I hope not..

Starting from version 5.0.0, there is a major theme update and migration to Elementor page builder. Here is the notice – https://prnt.sc/Iw3qkDiizJdd
Please note that theme update is optional. The new version still has basic compatibility with WPBakery page builder. If you are ready to switch to Elementor, you need to set up the website again and re-build the content using it. Please follow the guide to update the theme to 5.0.0 properly – https://grecko.themerex.net/doc/#update_to_v5
Also, you may continue using the previous version of the theme since it is fully functional. To restore the site please activate the previous theme version or restore the website from the backup. Our Tech Support team will be glad to help you with that. Just submit a ticket into “Pre-sale questions” category (it doesn’t require support renewal).

I see you’ve instructed others to contact support but I’m not really into paying $41.13 and I don’t need the support, just a new version of the plug-in that should have come with the new version of the theme. Please advise.
I tried to send a message via your support page but Its asking me to update my support for a fee. I don’t need support, I need an updated version of WP-Bakery. This is something every other theme author provides. Very frustrating and time consuming. I look forward to your response.

No, they have not sent me anything. I’ve also had to disable the Rev Slider plug-in. Was the new version also not included in the updated theme? Please have the support team send the plug-ins to the email that I provided, or have them double check the email because I have not received anything.

NO, there was never a reply sent to the ticket, only one from 2015 asking for the same thing. Can you please review the ticket I replied to and give me a link so I can download the WP-Bakery plugin that should have come with the new version of the Grecko theme template. This is a very frustrating experience.

i recently bought your theme and wanted to make the header transparent but i found out that in the theme options panel, there is no transparent header option available except the above slider, below slider etc. pls is there another way i can make the header transparent because the option is the theme. thanks. hello, i really like your theme and i want to get it but i have a question before purchasing it. i went through your theme demo display and found out that there is no register button or link on the site.
