This is html template, not WP theme, you can not install it.

A lot of people complaining that they can not use their HTML template file .. I know it’s not for wordpress, it’s nowhere because it does not even work to program in HTML. I want my refund !!

when I “comment out” the js/mb.YTPlayer.js script … the parallax section works … so there is obviously a conflict going on … any help would be REALLY appreciated

Potential and existing template customers both want and deserve to see how you handle support, how soon you respond and the quality of the help you provide. It will also serve as online documentation and a how-to so buyers can actually use the template, without going through question and answer city. All due to the lack of documantation/instructions. (something that should have been provided). Spend time creating good documentation and you won’t have 4 pages of questions…...just a thought. There’s no need for one on one private email support, at this stage. So I’ll ask one last time and I’ll be overly specific for you-> Using the Youtube template version, look at the area at the top of the first screen you see when the template opens up. Look in the greyed out area where it says CHRONOS Home/About/Work/Services/Contact. Understandably, that entire area (the header) must stay as wide as the screen but can that greyed out rectangular area be made 1/2 the height it is now? Also, how does one have the color option permanently be blue and have the OPTIONS slider go away. And how does one use the Youtube version and have the LIGHT version not the DARK version? Thank you.

There’s no need to shout your retort. By creating and providing virtually no template documentation at all causes all these questions from people everywhere. EXAMPLE: + The ‘help’ file just lists the css and what it pertains to, there is no actual help or general instructions offered with the html coding, the layouts or gallery etc. The JavaScript’s and scripting for the Royal Preloader (which has also been a gigantic pain in the butt) have been linked in at the bottom of the template instead of in the head section which is not standard and I really cant fathom what the purpose is to place them down there (I have moved them but the loader ‘logo’ mode still wont work properly for me). Frustrating. + So, now I’ve purchased. Read my questions below and if you cannot understand the questions, pose them to someone there who comprehends the English language. Thank you.
