It doesn’t show the video on mobile devices due to the restriction policy adopted by all on managing multimedia files via javascript. So, auto-play video on mobile devices is not possible.

This is the standard design of the buttons for video control. You can edit this button’s styles in the css/player/YTPlayer.css file.

1. You can add height you want to the .home class. Example for 700px;

2. Please open css/style.css file and come to history section. You can find p.history-head class on there; for example;

li.note p.history-head {
    font-size: 17px;
    color: #696969;
    margin: 3px auto;
}

li.note p.history-desc {
    font-size: 13px;
    color: #949494;
}

4. You can delete the links of don’t use the features. For example, superslides.js flexslider.js .etc (if you don’t using). However, on this theme, there is not already redundant code. So, it will not give a great speed for your site.

Images are big, because looks good in all screen sizes. And they are responsived, you can use smaller. Thanks.

For deleting code I was thinking about things like the video and slide functionality and anything else that is used by the different templates. I am using teh image only template.
