Hi, you can easily override template files which prints gallery, both in ‘grid layout’ and single page, if you have any basic coding knowledge.

There is something wrong with the theme, major and its effecting the menu structure, i tried moving the menu custom order about and it does not work I think their is bug can you help

I commented on the support page and have not yet heard back and now have a further issue which is in urgent need of attention. The live site is at http://www.dayofarchaeology.com.
1) The social icons/links in the left sidebar are not appearing in the latest version of Chrome but are fine in FFox. 2) Even though the settings are enabled, the social buttons do not appear below each post/page in either FFox or Chrome. Any clue?
And finally – 3) I’ve noticed there is something in the HEAD that is adding links to images that do not exist in both the demo of ubergrid (here on Themeforest) and in the local version that I have purchased. It is adding images that are on the front page with an extension of @2x.jpg/png etc. See the 404s on the demo site. (e.g. http://demo.pukkathemes.com/ubergrid/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/uber-logo@2x.png)

Something is wrong with your social icons, because they aren’t working in Firefox, also, while our Demo is working without any issues. Have you done any customization?

Hi, the theme is absolutely gorgeous and almost exactly what I’ve been looking for. Just a few quick questions before purchase:
1. If I’d like the menu to be above instead of at the side, would it be possible? I can hire a developer to do some customising, but I’d like to know if it’d be a complicated job.
2. Would it be possible to insert a slider above the masonry gallery?
3. Can I do posts without a sidebar?

1. It’s possible with additional customization, but you’ll need to contact developer for that. We have different theme – SympaGrid with top menu – http://demo.pukkathemes.com/sympagrid/
2. For SympaGrid it’s very easy to insert a slider above the masonry (it’s already compatible with Slider Revolution and probably majority of them). For Ubergrid it would require some customization.
3. Yes, it is possible.

Is it possible to get the boxes on SympaGrid looking more like the ones on UberGrid? i.e. without the coloured share bars below the text, possibly with a thin bar of colour between the photo and text.
Additionally, would it be difficult to customise the “Blog/Grid” and “Comments” above the post title such that they’re in boxes?

Can anybody suggests how to build archives page? There is no default template for that, or is it? Nothing in docs about it.
Hi, of course there is default template for achive pages (archive.php), but it depends on which archive you want to build.
For example, if you would to make and date archive, with all posts from 2013, you could create a menu link similar to this: http://demo.pukkathemes.com/ubergrid/2013/ (link structure depends wether your permalinks are on or off).

Yes, I noticed archieve.php, but don’t know how to make an archive page. Am new with wp. To make it a little bit more clear, I want a page with all posts from all month/years, but when I try to add new page there is only “full width” and “homepage” template..
Update: A page where only links (titles) will be shown with arial font 16px
Hi, by default wordpress doesn’t have archive page (a page with all posts chronologically displayed), except if home page is set to display latest posts. So this will require some template modification, that is creating a new template file and modifying post’s default display.

I’d need to hidden comment box only from pages and not from articles, but this erase them in both sides: ”#comments{display:none;}”
Is there an other system to hidden them? It would be generous to have a command under all pages and articles

if you want to disable comments for pages only, then you should do it like this:
1. Edit Page 2. Enable Discussion tab (Screen Options (right corner) >> Discussion) 3. Uncheck “Allow comments”

Hi, I’m helping a client with this theme and on the tablet and mobile the navigation shows when I scroll down, not in firefox or chrome. I can open and Close the navigation just fine so that part works, its just that I get the White menu text even if I Close it.

is it possible to have the front page grid in a max height 100 px div? Whatever I do it spills over and goes full page.
I would like to have just the top half of the front page display the grids , and the bottom half I can use for my own content. Whatever I do it spills over full. How can I force it to only use 50%

How optimized is the them ? I am getting very slow homepage loading times. If I do a pingdom check most of the time is spent waiting on loading the index (2-40 seconds ), all images and everything else is very quick. Thanks
