Love the theme. Is there any easy way to replace the property slider on the home page with a different, customizable slider? Rather than featuring property listings in the slider, we just want to feature some more general, scenic imagery. Can you recommend a plugin for this? Thanks in advance.
Hi jiminypeak, You can replace the Property slider by other (if that slider plugin support the widget), image.
A lot of free slider plugins are on wordpress.org or premiums on codecanyon.net
Morning a couple of pre purchase questions: 1. if no price for a property is entered in admin will is show a phrases such as call for price? 2.can the property banners such as featured as shown on the demo , be used for things liek Rented? Sold? Offer etc? 3 the contact form on the property page , when sent does it show which property page it was sent from?

1. It will hide the Price label, show nothing, example.
2. The featured widget as you saw on the demo, is filterd by the conditions as type, location, status … etc, that mean you can use it for displaying the Rented, Sold, I think this is Property Status?

thank you but for question 2 i meant the green label on the property main image, the price is a yellow badge, the green badge is for rent etc, can this be changed to statuses you wish like rented ,sold etc?

“our service” “our agent” and “recent listing”You may edit the homepage, hover on the widget, click on “edit” link and update the widget title.
About “read more”, you can use poedit tool to translate the PO file, located in sweethome/languages/

Hi, Incase iam purchasing this design, do I need to also purchase the plugin s or by deafult all the plugins are available free of cost.
Please confirm, As i have faced few issues when i have purchased marketify, where at the time installation to work completely like demo site, they had asked me to purchase few plugins.

Hi there I am having a problem finding a theme that allows one to the search “listing id”. Backend or frontend. It is ridiculous that real estate themes cannot search listing id’s when there are 1000s of listings that will be entered.

1. Does your theme work for non-USA properties? Costa Rica, South American Countries? Maps/property listings/phone numbers/addresses etc…
2. Does your theme accommodate land only listings?
1. Yes. you can change the locations, map, phone etc
2. You can use for land listing, but I’m not sure about the Land options as price, garages, bathrooms … etc.

But I think it will work, because that plugin uses the shortcode to display the data, it does not affect to our theme data.
How do I edit the content for the widget “SWH Service Block”. The only option I am allowed to edit is the title.

Hi! I’m looking for a real estate theme which will allow to add investment and flats from that investment. Every single flat has its own parameters like size, floor, kitchen type, balcony type and it has to have ability to add pdf file with flat’s sketch.
