On RHS you can see THEME SWITCH option here you can change themes

I like your template very much. Thinking of buying it but i have some questions:
is it possible to adjust an other color? (sort of green, like my logo) i would like to do a sale of lenses. like a lens shop for eyewear

you see the additional things to choose? like base curve, diameter….
is it possible to integrate that?

To do layout customization you need to have knowledge in html/css and opencart code, where you are asking about color change it can be done from css files. If you are good with css properties then you can easily change colors.
Coming to additions i would recommend you to download opecart and have a look what are the options that helps you, using opencart you can add additional images and related products this i can tell you.
