What is the difference between the “Video M4V:” and “Video Poster: in the video background setting?
I believe it depends on what kind of filetype you’re using because they may use different embedding methods.

This theme shows video background with html5 player and most efficient way to show it with following properties.
- Video M4V: Video file type for webkit (chrome) browser
- WEBM:video type for moz (firefox) family browsers.
- Poster image: Background image that shows when your customer views your site on mobile device or video background couldn’t load on their browser.
All above are just form of your video file and you can leave one of those there, but your video won’t show on some browser such as FireFox.

This theme does not work properly with WP 4.0. I have left msg on support site without any response. Hopefully they fix it or it’s a waste of money!
Problem….The site pages will not save after the first update after upgrading to WP 4.0

Having same issue with this theme with Wordpress 4. You can do one update to each page but after that you cannot do another update. Have installed latest version of Mana theme just to check and same issue. Checked on second site and again I’ve encountered update problems.

Just installed the theme with Wordpress 4.0 , and having issues updating the pages with the Box Builder. Anytime I hit “update” after making changes, it reverts back to the original layout and doesn’t save any of the new elements. Have you seen this and any fix available?

Hi, I have a problem with responsive feature of mana. To be specific – it’s about scaling in mobile view. When You look at http://valuemedia.wroclaw.pl/ on PC or Mac, everything look OK, but when You try to open this site on iPhone or Android phone, there’s a problem with font and picture scaling. I saw there you’ve set 40% on all the title texts. That doesn’t responsive on small displays. I suggest you to use Column selection instead of hard 40% width. Please select column layout and add heading element on first column. http://d.pr/i/XjvE

Loving this theme. I’m wondering, however, how to remove the default setting for the team member option that causes team member photos to appear in black and white first and only shows the photos in color when hovered over. I’d like for them to appear in color only. Thank you for any help you can provide.
This appears to be a Chrome-specific default setting. The photos do appear in color in IE and Firefox. Again, any help would be much appreciated.

This is a result of Grayscale (css3 effect) filter. And looks IE & FF browsers don’t allow css3 transition. So here is the removing style of that

Please use this on ThemeOptions=>CustomCSS field.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, this code did not seem to have the desired result when placed in the CustomCSS general field of Theme Options. Any other suggestions?
I’ve also noticed that in IE (I apologize – the client uses IE exclusively and requires the site to be IE compatible), when placing images, the images are not bound by the column size restrictions selected in the content builder; they blow out the column size and overlap each other even when sizes are set. I am using the images as thumbnail links to other pages as seen here: http://marissabutler.com/billhensonmana/buyer-tools-nashville-franklin-brentwood/popular-neighborhoods/ Chrome is fine and images remain sized, but Firefox and IE seem to have this issue.
Some additional info for the Team Member issue – the grayscale issue only appears when the “Circle” option is chosen.
IE issue: Typically display:inline-block doesn’t work on IE7. But it also doesn’t work on IE9 and really confusing. When I add following on inspector and it works fine

Grayscale: I don’t see custom css result on your site (on about our team page). May your theme options doesn’t save or your site caches old styles. Please make sure what is wrong there

Hi,
I have purchase this theme and I just cannot get the Slider to display the complete image, I have made the image exactly the same dimension of the Slider, but it still starts after around 500 px from the top and cuts off the image from the bottom, I even tried adding white space at the top and the bottom and it still doesn’t work.
My slider dimensions are width: 1567px; height: 630px; and I need to fit an image exactly of that dimension to be fully displayed.
I have spent too many hours trying to even play with the css styling of the slider and it doesn;t work.
So can you please assist.

Are you using Revolution slider?
There have many options for slider size. You should select those carefully and think about combinations. Fullscreen & auto responsive are may factor of that size changes.

This is come from multiple places of loop layouts (framework/Pagebuilder/inc/loop_layouts.php) I think removing isn’t easy and wanna give you css customization or disallowing of current styling. And I need to know your purpose and give you solution that doesn’t break further and no more works when you update theme to latest versions

Hi, trying to update the theme from 1.7.4 to 1.8. via the Envato Toolkit. It goes through the process and gives me a message that “the theme has been update successfully.” However, when I return to the Envato Toolkit, it still shows that the version running is still 1.7.4.
Is this a known issue?
I checked and version is 1.8.0 on TF download. I’ve changed folder name “Mana” to “mana” and suspect it. Please just deactivate the theme from Appearance => Themes and activate back. And may you need to assign your front page and menu again.

Im having a problem with the pagebuilder. When I put a section with a blog, I want to show some specific categories but when it shows me the white window where i can setup the settings I put categories in the post type and in the choose categories it doesnt show the dropdown menu or list of categories. When i clicked on update element then there it shows the dropdown list but if i click it doesnt save.
I just updated the theme. Latest 1.8 version has many fixes and updates including your query fixes. Please update there and check that out.
