Hi Fred! The 2.3 update will be released by the end of the month and I can confirm that it will include many plugin updates, a mini icon sidebar and a horizontal menu UI component! These are the features that will be included for sure! Stay tuned

I haven’t prepared ProUI to be used out of the box with ASP.NET Web Forms but I have included the HTML version which can be used with any server side language including ASP.NET.

Many clients are already using ProUI with ASP.NET without any issues, so you shouldn’t have either by using the HTML version with some small customizations for your ASP.NET project

You could use the modal functionality of Bootstrap to open a modal by using just JS code. For example if you have the following modal in your page..

<div id="myModal" class="modal fade">
  ...
</div>

..you could open it by running the following JS code as soon as the page loads:

$('#myModal').modal('show');

You could also find more info about Bootstrap modals at http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#modals

ProUI is a template and unfortunately it doesn’t work out of the box as a WordPress theme does. It provides the User Interface elements and components for your project but any real functionality (such as the integration with your HTML5 website) has to be coded by a web developer, using a server side language such as PHP, Ruby, Python or ASP.NET

You can easily adjust the touch scroll sensitivity of the sidebars’ scrolling areas to match your preference by changing the ‘touchScrollStep’ attribute in js/app.js – line 321 (slimScroll init). You could try higher values (eg 400), the default is 100.
