I’m having trouble controlling the header logo sizes, and now realize what I want to do is not possible with the options provided. I would like to have a different size logo/header options on the homepage, but will have to settle.
As a feature request, it would be really nice if you could override the default header and/or logo options within specific page options. Or at the very least, if you offered options for different settings on the homepage as these page is typically going to be styled different than the others.

The problem is I would like to have the logo be larger on the homepage, and scale down after scroll.
However on all other pages I just want the logo to always be smaller than it is on the homepage.

I have purchased the FOUNT theme and implemented it. However i am not able to add the side bar the way you have it where you click on the IIII <—horizontal and it shows on the side. Note that i am not much of a programmer. Code is not my Strength.
In addition to this, how can we customize the form of contact us. Do we need to buy a Forms plugin? If yes, which one?

You don’t need to code or buy anything else!
About the sidebar: go to Fount Options>General tab>Right Hidden Sidebar and turn it on. Make sure also that you add some widgets to it under Appearance>Widgets.
About the contact form if you are not happy with the one that theme offers please install the Contact Form 7 plugin (it is free and allows you to manage all the content).

Good to know that you are enjoying the theme! If you want to make any manual changes to the theme contact form you need to edit the wp-content/plugins/fount_framework/shortcodes.php
Let me just say that if you want to add some extra fields it is easier to install the Contact Form 7 plugin (that is styled just like the theme contact form).

So, with that in mind, i just purchased this theme and i can’t install it in my wordpress. I have the newest version.
I tried many times, it keeps loading and when it reaches 100% it just goes to a fail message: “you’re sure you want to do this? please try again”

Thank you for purchasing! On the video tutorial about the install process I state that due to the theme folder size (more than 5 MB) on some servers you should upload it via FTP. The error that you are getting is related with this.

for some reason, my client wants to use slider revolution instead of the slider you have included on this theme.
i instaled it and do the trick for it to work at full screen (you have to go off the VC and put the shortcode outside any “row” of the VC to make it work ok, same for some other plugins with shortcode) but i dont know how to make its links work with the smooth scroll transition you put in the rest of the links
could you help me or do you know any tip on how to get this working?

That is not a theme option, but I can send you some custom CSS that you can add under Fount Options>Custom Scripts>Custom CSS. This will make the header fixed. Let me know if you buy the theme and need help with this tweak.

I’m having an issue on a fresh install. The Fount Options reports: Settings have changed, you should save them! error(s) were found! warning(s) were found!
Even if I save changes the same message is returned. There is no styling on the options and it makes it troublesome to work with.

The background photo that the testimonials slide over the top of if possible.

I’ve just bought the theme and install it on a brand new wordpress project, followed the instructions and nothing … ! The screen becamed white with no content… when i deactivated the FOUNT FRAMEWORK plugin, some content appeared ?!

Please turn off all the other plugins and try again. Another user had that issue and he told me that he reinstalled the theme and did not had any trouble. I can’t replicate this issue locally and I’m also with OSX and MAMP…

i was creating some new portfolio items, but i’m not able to add images to it. i used the “images only (bulk selection)”, the images are uploaded to the “image gallery” area that appears after selecting that option, and i can see all that images on the editor, but the portfolio item doesnt show any image, just the featured one.
i searched in the documentation but you dont explain how to use this feature, just skip it. so, how does this feature work? do i have to activate anything else?

Trying to get a video to work on the homepage slider. Have basically used the same code used in your ‘timelapse’ example. It displays as a full background but doesn’t autoplay even with the autoplay parameter. Is there something going on under the hood that prevents the video playing?

Do you have any other active plugins? If so please turn them off for a moment and try again. Try also to activate the WP Debug mode to see if there are any errors being outputted.
At this moment there are no similar reports so if you have any trouble you will need to place the content online so that I can see what is going on.

I only have the plugins that come prepackaged with Fount installed. My JS console is throwing an error saying it cannot find the ‘js_composer_front.css’ file even though it exists on my local server?
Maybe it is some sort of folder permission issue. I also have it running locally without any trouble. I use Mac & MAMP with the default settings for theme development. Thanks!
I have set the permissions but still no luck. It looks like it is trying to find the plugins using an incorrect URL. My site is located at Users/pennylunn/PrivateEye/PrivateEye Website – and this is the fail from the Apache terminal: Sun Aug 10 19:02:20 2014 [client ::1] File does not exist: /Users/pennylunn/PrivateEye/PrivateEye Website/wp-content/plugins/Users, referer: http://localhost:8888/

Also the problem seems to be related with the Visual Composer element and it have been sold thousands of times which makes me think that they got the file paths right.
If you place the content online and have the same trouble I can see that is going on, otherwise I can’t help. I’m going to test the theme on Windows and Apache soon to see if I get the same error.

Ok I did a completely fresh install and it worked. The only different I can see I did, is that I installed the required plugins in a different order. It may have been some Apache setting but I went with defaults both times. I’m sorry that that was a bit of bother and really appreciate your help and support.
