Title can be centered using per page settings inside each page. But theme does not have options for Menu and Logo, but our support staff will help you to give a custom css code for doing that if needed

You can add your own icons using our image shortcode, but we do not offer the functionality for icon box or font icons. And regarding the Price Table we don’t offer that functionality but we can add custom Javascript and CSS code for limited cases.

Unfortunately the Icon Box shortcode is not coded that point in mind, and there is no way to add custom icons there.
Our development team plan to add a feature which you can add your own custom icon fonts inside different sections of Shortcodes, but there is no strict date is set for that feature release.

My web developer can do that now, he only need actual steps, i can’t be waiting for a release that may be on the next 2 months or 3! that’s not going to be hard for your developers to tell you. So again i’m waiting, this time my patience is limited !

Come on man. Back in April you guys told me: “Thanks for your interest and we are happy you liked it. We will add RTL compatibility in our v1.3 so you will see the addition in few more weeks. Its pre-planned and as schedule we will work on them”. It’s almost September now and it’s v2.0! How much longer will it take?
Unfortunately our whole resources are currently zoomed for v4 of our Jupiter theme. Will do our best to get back to Ken as soon as possible to have the feature for sure.

Sorry for getting back to you so late. I think it will be better that you report us any bug per case so we can grasp a better idea of problems on IE9.
For IE8 I should say that it is not mandatory anymore by Themeforest. Although we do our best to have a minimal acceptable presentation on that browser but I should say most of the cool features which uses the state of the art web technologies won’t work on that browser.

Great theme, absolutely love it so far!
Stuck on a few things though…wondering if you could help me out!
1. Accordions: Is there a way to start with all sections being closed? I like how the Toggles start out all closed, however I like how Accordions allow for only one section to be open at a time.
2. Animated Columns: For some reason I can’t get info and click through button to show up when you hover over like what I see in the example Ken website. I have my Column Style settings as ‘Full Feature’, but unfortunately it’s not working?
3. Mobile Version Sub-Pages: Is there a way to have these visible instead of making the user click the small down arrow to view the child-pages?
4. Page Titles for Mobile: Is there a way to have the fonts of page titles of mobile adjust automatically to avoid breaking up the title word? For example, we have one title right now that says “Photography”, but because it’s such a long word, it’s getting broken up into “Photogr” “aphy”

Hi,
we are thinking of choosing The Ken for our new website. But we need to be able to create two “levels” in the header menu where private customers and company customers can choose to go to their special section of the site (very important). Under this short menu there is the standard menu:

The above is just a sketch. However, it would be nice to be able to have the Private and Company words in a bigger font size than the standard menu.
