Just sent you an email. For some reason there is a large gap between the top level menus and the dropdown/sub menus. How can we remove this?
Also, how can we remove the gap between the menu and the start of the body content?

1) Not sure how the gap appeared.
2) Below the menu there is slider and below that we have the content. You need to reduce the gap between the slider and the content? If yes we have reduced the padding. You can check Buddha Panel -> Integration -> Custom Css. We have added the class at the bottom. Increase of decrease the padding as per your wish.

All went well until I accidentally imported the WooCommerce data twice. Now I have duplicate menu items. Is there an easy way to undone?
2) Assuming I imported the WooCommerce data through the Budda control panel, why is no demo products showing under products?
3) I would like to replace the placeholder images in the “Meet our Team” shortcode. Can you refer me to another post or video that explain the formatting and also how to achieve 5 images instead of the default 4.
4) On the original Demo you had multiple layouts for the homepage i.e. Home Page I; Home Page II; Home Page III etc. On my installation I only have “Home Page II” and “About” as sub-menu items under “Home”

1) Still have duplicate menu items 2) Still have no “dummy” products in my store 3) I mange to figure this one out and now able to display photos in the masks provided with the default theme. 4) Still not able to see Home II, Home IV and Home V as per the demo page.
Please direct me to a post where it shows you how to custom style this theme with my own colors instead of the standard 3 options.

1) You cannot undo the menu items, but you can delete the menu manually from the Appearance -> Menus section.
2) No Buddha Panel import does not imports the products. If you want to import dummy products, then you can get the xml file to import from the woocommerce plugin files itself. Use that xml file in Dashboard -> Tools -> Import.
3) Just add the following shortcode. You can replace the image attribute in the shortcode for updating the images.

We want to start following up our webshop with Google Analytics.
We could of course copy/past the tracking code into Buddha Panel -> Integration -> Header. But that’s only for page visits and other stuff, not ecommerce. We want to follow the cart and checkout process … and maybe use enhanced google analytics.
So we installed the standard Woocommerce Google Analytics plugin developed by Woo. But we aren’t getting any date. So I looked at the source code, viewed elements but the ga script is not in the source at all.
I assume you have more customers wanting the same. Any comments, feedback how to fix this?

Problem solved … well, it was not a problem. I remembered later last night that if logged in at the back-end as an admin, the code is not shown. How could I forget that?

Hi, having a few issues:
1. The logo on top goes under the Menu when minimizing the browser size. Specially when I click the Application Form button.
2. The Home Button. I would like it to be selected when the website loads the first time. Now it only gets selected when I click the home page button.
3. My maps does not respond when I have a map inside a tab. Check the contact page…
4. Need some padding under the logo when the website responds to the smallest.

3. Maps does NOT respond when I make the width of the browser smaller. This is the Maps on the Contact Page, one on top as well the the 4 Maps in the Tabs.

Another issue.
1. When I resize the browser width to about 320 PX the contents is only 200 px. What is that? So much space that’s wasted on the sides..
2. When I resize the brower width to about 320 PX the Map on the Tabs needs some padding on the right as its almost over the edge of the right side content block.

A new problem. I was trying to add a short code to the Homepage. I did not type the short code, I added it through the admin. So there cannot be a mistake.
1. The whole of the homepage went erratic. It got distorted. 2. My footer widgets have disappeared. (I thought they are independent of the home page) 3. Images have disappeared. 4. My slider is malfunctioning too. 5. All the HTML coding I did in the text tab on the home page disappeared as soon as I went to visual tab.
Can you please check. I cant figure a thing out. I tried restoring the revisions but to no avail.
Plus I loaded the latest font awesome code from their site. The fa-rupee thing in the shortcodes.php really doesn’t work. Any other way to get the INR sign there.

1) The issue might be due the external plugin that you have used. Try to deactivate the external plugins other than the theme recommended plugins and check it.
2) Please check if you have updated the font files like .ttf, .woff files to the latest version.
Hi, The external Font Awesome Plugin worked just fine for the whole of last two weeks. Can you please check the code on my homepage to see if it is fine? I checked it again and again. But couldn’t figure out.
Yes, I got all the latest ttf wotff files.
Also, I tried deactivating the external plugin to check if everything reverts back to normal. It didn’t.
So it’s not the problem of the Plugin.

1) Go to Theme-directory -> css replace following files – font-awesome.css and font-awesome.min.css
2) Go to Theme-directory -> fonts replace following file – FontAwesome.otf,fontawesome-webfont.eot,fontawesome-webfont.svg,fontawesome-webfont.ttf and fontawesome-webfont.woff

Just click on the image in the editor section and you will have the option to delete. Delete it and add new image using the “Add Media” option above the editor section.

We can see your site online and it is not under maintenance mode. If you have issues again, you need to check the “coming soon” plugin which is used for such purposes.
