Hi, I posted a message yesterday on MegaTheme support, regarding the revolution slider (and the Skylab last version). I updated Skylab 1.2.3 with “the latest” revolution slider, but when I look at extensions info in my admin, the revolution slider version is still 2.3.9.1… Could you please let me know if this is normal and what I should do / cf recent hacking problems… Just want to be sure the site is safe… Thanks ! Hello, I wanted to update Revolution slider as I was notified about existing vulnerability but it is not in my download options. My revolution slider version is Version 2.3.91. I can not import the Skylab Demo completely. There are missing images and menus everytime. I’ve downloaded the latest Skylab theme from my envato account and I’ve reset everything before installing the theme. But nothing changes.

Just bought this great looking theme yesterday and am working to create a test site. Everything seems to work well, except for one thing which I cannot figure out:

I would like my portfolio item to have a single image in a slider, because I want the image to show above title and details (so I do not want to put the image in the portfolio post). Portfolio is set to images, slideshow, default. However, the “Add portfolio gallery images” link/script doesn’t seem to do anything and doesn’t add images. So in the frontend you see: “No images found, please add some images.”

I’m running on a local development server with PHP 5.5.16 and Apache 2.4.10. Any PHP extensions I need to enable or code to change? Can you give me a tip on how tro resolve/fix this? Thanks!

But for the design part of the Skylab Theme, I guess we were 3207 people to buy it after seeing how it looks like? And I hope we are almost 3206 persons who want to keep the same features! So you can’t just push to have your convenient blog design. But as MegaTheme suggested you, it”s a wordpress theme, and you can modify what you need, it’s just question of time to learn, or money to hire someone to do it! regards

I bought your theme a couple of weeks ago and for the most part, I really like it. But I must say it is terribly annoying that you cannot fix a few things yourself without the need to get an outside developer to do it.

I would like to be able to have my blog articles listed with just an excerpt. Not the entire blog post each time. As this is a photography focused theme, it is pretty essential that you add some way of either allowing a masonry style layout as some people requested but more so, the basic layout to a blog that is available pretty much everywhere else. We should be able to have the choice to show entire blog posts or just a featured image with an excerpt with the option to “read more”.

These blogs will mainly be image heavy and it is highly unlikely that we will be able to keep potential customers on our website if they have to scroll and scroll continuously. There should be an excerpt option. It’s just unlikely in this day and age that a blog will keep a potential client engaged if they cannot pop in and out of blog posts as they like.

Many times, I have searched for ways to change the layout of certain pages and have found you answering to a lot of people that you have no intention on adding that feature or that we would need to hire a developer. You are the creator of this theme and being paid a nice amount of money every time someone buys your theme, the least you could do is add these basic features that we wish to make use of.

If my sums are correct, you must have made somewhere in the region of $150,000 by this stage. To keep replying to your customers by copy and pasting snippets of the documentation or saying “please read documentation”. It’s terrible customer support and really, you should be doing more to be of use. I have bought at least 15 themes and never have I seen such poor customer support. Which is such a shame as I actually think this theme has the most potential out of all the themes I have previously purchased.

I never leave posts like this, even if things irk me… but the fact that I can’t even have a simple blog post format the way I would like, baffles me. We can’t even centre the content if we want to. You really should look into sorting this out. I shouldn’t have to pay money to hire a developer when I have paid you and people will continue to pay you for this theme. Copy and pasting the documentation does not count as support.

As the sales page of a blog theme setting should appear like the portfolio, gallery and slider setting appears in the Advanced Admin Panel, but does not appear … this is my doubt … what is wrong? the image on the screen or sale my theme option … image of the page of the topic - image of my theme options – The documentation is only entering the page with the posts on the site but nothing about settings … and the bottom of the blog page just goes blank … unlike the portifolio and gallery that Segem formatting style … and as how to configure the widgets? Only in css?

Hi, I just updated Skylab and Wordpress and now my gallery links don’t work. When I click on them, they just turn into the 404 error page. Nothing looks wrong in my Admin Panel, links are all intact.. I can’t figure out what is wrong. Can you please help?

Hi. Thanks for a great theme. The only issue I have is that the defined logo is made tiny on the iphone version of the site. I would rather it filled the top of where all the white space is, next to the menu button.
