I just purchased this theme and i keep trying to install the dummy content and i keep getting an error. I have tried following the video tutorials on how to install and it still dosen’t work please help.
Hi there,
if you have issues when import images from dummy content we suggest to try again, sometimes this procedure may take more time than usual or may be some overload on our dropbox account. Anyway if you still have issues you can open a new ticket on our support platform at http://thbthemes.com.

Ciao ragazzi, complimenti per questo bellissimo template! Davvero ben fatto.
I have two questions.
1. When I have a black logo/black header text over a photo the grey subtext is difficult to see. Is there anyway to change the color of the subtext? 2. Is there anyway to sticky the header/menu’s so they follow the page down?
Thanks
Hi,
concerning your questions:
1. You might want to do it via CSS, adding a new color value for the following selectors. In case you’re using a light text color .thb-skin-light .thb-slide-caption .thb-caption-inner-wrapper .thb-caption-texts-wrapper > div.thb-caption and if you’re using dark text color .thb-skin-light .thb-slide-caption .thb-caption-inner-wrapper .thb-caption-texts-wrapper > div.thb-caption.
2. That’s not possible, unfortunately.
Hi!
is it possible to add multiple images into one blog post without a pop-up gallery view? I want to embed images similar to our current blog theme: http://blog.nancy-ebert.de/mit-dem-vw-bulli-durch-cornwall-nancy-auf-reisen
Thanks a lot in advance.
Regards, Julian
Hi there,
sure you can place the images in the post content, you can use a plugin that create galleries or simply by using our page builder that is available also for the blog posts.

Are there any social share buttons or capabilities?
Hi,
in the Theme options panel there’s a global option to enable the social sharing block for blog posts. Of course, you can also use a plugin for that.
Hello!
I would like to know how exactly one could use this theme for a tour company/travel agency? Thanks, Daniel
Hi there,
did you read our post about “5 different ways to use Voyager”? we put some ideas about how the theme could be used in different environments.
Regards
Hi, I just did. Thanks. Is there a demo admin that we can see? I would like to make sure it’s what we need before purchasing. I really like the demo so far! Thanks, Daniel
Hi, unfortunately we don’t have an open demo where you can log in. The best thing you can do here is to take a look at our video tutorials section, that should give you an idea of how the theme works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tY-9qTsGEg&feature=youtu.be&list=PLRcW-as7a7gBh1zZu_LE1t6g7-1lWkC9F
Hi, I’ve looked at the videos. A few questions. Since I run a tour operator, we have tours and hotel on our website. What do you recommend would be a good way to show the hotels? I currently am using the portfolio in our theme but I need to show the map information. Is it possible to create a CPT from the Trips CPT for the hotels? Also, from what I can tell, the woo commerce doesn’t actually handle tour sales. Is there a way or a recommended plugin to manage this? Do you offer development to create a plugin to do this? Thanks, Daniel
Hi, unfortunately it would be too complicated to have another CPT similar to trips; that’s why we’ve made the trips CPT slug customizable, so that it can be used in various contexts.
We don’t know any specific plugin that handles tour sales, but you should probably want to look for plugin that sell services/digital items instead.
Cheers!
Hello,
great looking theme, one question, ist there the option available to have a sticky navigation like in your ONE theme?
Thanks.
Tobias
Hi there,
thanks for your interest in Voyager, but unfortunately that option is not available for the theme.
Cheers
Hi,
Is there way to work with anchor points? So you can jump between blocks on the same page (or to a certain block on a different page)?
Thanks for the reply.
Grtz.
David
Hi,
builder sections have specific IDs (section-0, section-1, etc.), which you can use to navigate in the page.
Thanks a lot.
You’re welcome
Hello,
I was wondering how I could change the date that is placed underneath the blog title?
Example: date is now: juli 16, 2014 I want it to be: 16 juli 2014
Thanks a lot. Thijs
Hi there,
date format must be changed in the WordPress “Settings > General” admin section.

Hi there,
Is there a way to filter trips like you can filter a portfolio? Or is there a way to list your trips in a visual way?
I’m using this theme for a travel agency. It would be nice to filter adventure trips from, ski trips and city trips….
Thanks for the reply.

Hi there,
unfortunately this is not possible, we may further investigate in order to understand better if this can be developed and included in a future theme update, thanks for the suggestion.

Bummer. We’ll find a workaround… Thanks anyway.
hello, really unique theme. pre-sales question: on the trip pages (example /trip/agency-tour/) i love the lightbox mosaic galleries. however, i’m wondering if i had 20 or so images for a particular city, but only wanted 4 or 5 to appear on the page, is that possible. to clarify, i would like the user to be able to click thru all 20 images via lightbox, but not show all 20 in the mosaic gallery. i’m worried the page will be quite long if i have to show all thumbs.
thanks!
Hi there,
you can configure each stop individually, so you can upload how many images you need to each stop. The automatic gallery button for a trip will gather images from all the posts of a trip and create a gallery, but this is optional, you can still create a gallery manually.

HI, A question – i want to build from this template within the wordpress cms. How can I build from this template with limited coding experience? Any advice appreciated. Thanks
Hi there,
there’s no needed coding experience in order to make this template work, you can take a look at the videos available for the Voyager theme on our YouTuber channel http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRcW-as7a7gBh1zZu_LE1t6g7-1lWkC9F Also we strongly suggest to import the dummy content provided that basically allows you to recreate quickly our online demo, you can find a video tutorial for this.

Hy, I want to buy the theme but I saw that we have to create the contact form by ourself, using the page builder. as I don’t understand quite well english, can you just tell me if it will be simple to make the link between the button “send a message” and my email box ? I hope you understood what I mean… best regards
Hi there,
the contact form is provided by the popular Contact form 7 plugin, that have a customization interface that allows you to add your email address or customize the email.
Regards
thanks….( I hope I’ll succeed to do so :))....
You’re welcome
hy, I would like to know if the traduction you speak about means that the people will be abble to choose on my home page, english or french (for example).... or if it is just the fact that I can translate my website in another language without the possibility to have both (or more) versions proposed to my customers that arrive on my website…..
I’m not so good in english, I hope you’ll understand my question….
thanks for your answer, best regards
Hi there,
the theme can be translated entirely in another language using the .po files included using Poedit, you can read more here. If you need to serve different translations to your visitors you’ve to install a plugin like WPML, Polylang or qTranslate.
Regards
thanks a lot ! this is exactly what I wanted to know ! can you tell me 1/ if the .po files are well included in the theme and 2/ if (in order to serve different translations to my visitors
the words are better than mine
it’s difficult to install a plugin like WPML (or others) since I’m not used to computers (I just realized I site with wordpress (do I need to hire a technician ?)
best regards
Hi there,
.po and .pot files are included, WPML is a paid plugin, we suggest to give a try to the Polylang free plugin, is a really powerful multilanguage plugin.
Regards
Pre-sales.
I LOVE THIS THEME!
I was wondering if on the trip blog- I could password protect it similar to normal blog posting password protecting?
Thank you

Hi. Where disappear page layout g? This layout. http://voyager.az/wp-content/themes/voyager/css/i/options/page-layout-g.png
Looks: http://voyager.az/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/grid.jpg
Hi there,
the splitted width layout option is available only if the “Hamburger sidebar” is empty and the first header layout (under the “Theme options > Layout” “Header” section) is enabled.
If you have applied this layout option to a page, then fill the “Hamburger sidebar” or switch to the second header layout option the page layout option will automatically switch to the first layout option.
if you have issues could you please open a new ticket on our support platform at http://thbthemes.com so that we can look better into the problem?
Thanks
