We’re having a problem when we have two videos on one page in Chrome. If you browse away from the page, then hit the back button to go back to the page, then the videos are all the same duplicated video. If you go here (in Chrome): http://www.semismatter.com/what-is-a-semiconductor/, then click another nav item, then hit back, watch what the videos do. For some reason the second video is a duplicate of the first video.
We are having trouble with fitting photos into the slider. We will change the size in preview on an apple, but when we insert the image into the blog, it’s still the same size as before we changed it. Is there a set dimension that we need photos to be in order to fit into the slider? Does everything have to be landscaped?

I guess a better question is… if we make a photo landscaped, how do we make it so that the post’s featured photo in the square pictures fits as well. I’m having trouble with sizing to make it fit in both the slider and the blog post’s featured image.
How do I add a header logo that is bigger than 960 pixels. I need one that is 1200-1400 pixels wide.

Thanks – here is the URL showing a screen shot of the top page of the site when the Venus theme is selected. As you can see it is not displaying or presumably using the CSS file/s.

Hi. I have two more problems. The first one is about the button feature. When I select center for the button position, it will not center itself, I’d have to manually add <center> code. (I also made sure it’s not in a paragraph.) And also the URL in the button won’t be recognized for some reason by Skimlinks. I used to have the Bucket theme and it worked without any issue.
The second problem is that, when viewing on a mobile device, sidebar comes before the actual content. Visitors would have to scroll through sidebar widgets before reading the content they’re looking for. How can I fix this? The sidebar I’m using is under “Single Post sidebar”

I have two more problems in addition to the ones I previously posted but yet to be answered. 1. The button feature Button will not center itself even if I choose “center” for its position. I checked it’s not in the

Okay I was able to fix it. It seems that when using the Media uploader within the Parallax Content builder an incorrect Link to the picture gets added.
But now I would like to change the colour of the Parallax Link Text. It is red by default and I can’t find where to change it to black. tT’s not available in the Styling Theme Section. Thx
And is there a chance to deactivate comments?
1. It couldn’t be done using theme admin. However you can edit theme CSS file to change that

Hi, I’m running into more problems customizing my site (www.nicee.co) 1. The review plugin setting can’t be successfully changed. When I click “save settings”, it takes me to the homepage. When I go back, nothing is saved.
2. The parallax background image/video can’t be set. Even if I copy a URL directly to the box, nothing happens when I click on “save”
3. Site title is duplicated on everypage. My site is called “NICEE”. However, on every page, it shows as | NICEENICEE If I change the site to word ABC, it would show as ABCABC. I tried to see if another plugin is causing the problem and disabled all plugins related to SEO and it still happens. I didn’t have this issue with other themes before.

There are many javascript errors on your site and it doesn’t comes from theme but your ads code or other plugins.
Please check. There are javascript conflicts between theme’s script and plugin’s script. Try to disable all plugins

1. Basically you have to organise posts you want to display into separated category and select it to display on mega menu.
2. Currently It doesn’t support that. I will consider to add it into the future if there are many requests from customers.
Can you add a prevent duplicate posts function? I used to use a similar theme and they eventually added that feature.

Thanks for the reply. I definitely wouldn’t ask you to do this under the normal theme support, I was going to do the customization myself – I just can’t locate the PHP that builds the widget. I found the part that builds the admin part, but not the front-end echo.
Two question we have already made before:
1 – How can we make the black box on the slider to be transparent as the arrows?
2 – On Iphone the arrows on the slider does not work, any preview of a fixing?

Yes I did and test using chrome developer tool. The reason it didn’t on your site because you didn’t add it to Theme Setting > Script > Custom CSS
