Currently Renovation is only available as a WordPress theme. If we get additional requests for an HTML version, we will definitely consider it.

Yeah, we include various file-types including photoshop files, javascript, css etc. However we do not include a full HTML site template version of our theme. This is a Wordpress theme.

Yeah, the logo can be moved to the left side, centered, or removed completely.
