awesome! new update! thank you as always for your work.
Thanks so much for your feedback, I always appreciate it! I’m very happy you like the update! Happy coding!
Hi,
I am evaluating this theme and plan to purchase it asap.
After checking the live preview I have this question: Is it possible to make the sidebar and main content to scroll independently? It would be nice to scroll the page content and keep the sidebar at the same position and scroll the sidebar while keeping the page content.
Thanks!
Hi madaleno and thank you for your interest in ProUI, I’m glad you like it
You can have multiple layouts in ProUI and a fixed sidebar along with a fixed header is available at http://pixelcave.com/demo/proui/page_layout_fixed_top.php In this layout, the sidebar is fixed and has its own scrolling. Hope that helps but if you would like any further info, please let me know
Hi,
Thanks for your fast reply.
That’s precisely what I was looking for. Didn’t have the time to explore all the options.
Ordering now.
Thank you very much for your purchase!
Also, stay tuned for ProUI 3.0 update which will be submitted later today with many new features, updates and pages
Can’t wait to try it. Great work!
Thanks a lot, I’m glad you like it! Happy coding
Hi,
Just tested this layout (http://pixelcave.com/demo/proui/page_layout_fixed_top.php ) with a Surface 2 and if you try to scroll the Sidebar or the ChatUI, only the main content scrolls.
Is this only an IE related issue?
Thanks.
Hi! Thanks for letting me know about it! The slimScroll plugin works on IE8-11 but there might be an issue with some Windows touch devices. I will try to get access to such device and have a look at it!
In the meantime, if you like, please send me a message through my profile’s contact form and I will get back to you with updated files for using browser’s native scroll instead of slimScroll plugin
Thanks. I will contact you to get those files.
I only tested this template by using your live preview so I don’t know what plugins/dependencies it uses, but maybe this is related to this issue:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23197250/jquery-slimscroll-not-draggable-in-ie-9-and-ie-10Thank you! I just found that there is an open issue on plugin’s github page about this, too. I will try to see if I can fix it on my own but if not, I will update slimScroll as soon as there is a new update that solves this issue
Wonderful template! Is it possible to make the logo, profile widget, and theme color selector section fixed? I would like those to remain fixed (like the header when you scroll) so that those parts will always be visible as the user scrolls through the menu list items. Thank you in advance!
Hi and thank you very much for your purchase, I’m very glad you like ProUI!
It could be done with some small modifications! Please send me a message through my profile’s contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible with the edited files
Thank you for your quick reply! I just followed up with the e-mail
Please have a look at your inbox, I just replied
Hi, I have a little question: Why some plugins ( for example DataTables ) have some different methods between the original plugin? For example: the original DataTables plugin have a property called “columnDefs” instead in your version this property is called “aoColumnDefs”. Where can I find the differences?
( I need to use ajax property in dataTables plugin )
Hi Francesco,
These are the legacy options’ names used in Datatables version 1.9.* and lower. They are supported in the new Datatables versions 1.10.* but I have update them with the new names in the upcoming ProUI 3.0 update.
If you have updated to ProUI 2.1 or 2.2, it means that you have the new Datatables version (1.10.*) and you can use the new options/events names without issues
Hope that helps but let me know if you need any further info
What new in the next update?
ProUI 3.0 update will feature plugin updates, Bootstrap update to 3.3, commercial pages to both backend and frontend, mini sidebar, horizontal menu, new dashboard page and new color themes (along with other smaller updates)! Stay tuned, there is much to be done but I’m working on it and I hope to have it ready soon
Hey pixelcave, planning to make an Angulr version of this theme? will be awesome!
Hi saruman! I’m currently focused on 3.0 update and I don’t have plans for such version at the moment but I may create one in the future! Thanks for your suggestion!
Awesome! I will wait for the next update then.
Great! Stay tuned and happy coding!
To use this theme you do not need something like the node.js ?
It is only ready codes and css and js files ?
Hi and thank you for your interest in ProUI
You do not need node.js for ProUI. In the package you will find the HTML version which comes with HTML, CSS and JS code
It is only then edit the css and js for my purposes?
Yes, you can easily edit the CSS and JS code and then use a server side language for adding the functionality you want
Thanks, grateful!
I am still a bit confused on printing. Using Chrome while on large display content area (e.g. invoice) still seems to space over for the left nav, however content of nav is hidden. Is there work around? Thanks.
Hi Lauren
It seems that there is an issue specific in webkit browsers and they do not apply all the print styles I’ve added. For some reason, if you emulate CSS media print in developer tools, it works great! For now, a solution for the optimal outcome would be to create a page where the invoice is loaded without the sidebars (for printing). I will have a better look into it and I hope to find a solution to this issue soon
Greetiings.
I’m really digging your theme and may be buying multiple licenses for my sites.
Question though:
I’m assume the chat, message, ticket, tasks, forum and etc are not included.
Is there a single “package” or something that makes all this magic happen?
Thanks.

Hi and thank you for your interest in ProUI! I’m glad you like it
All the pages are included in ProUI package but the backend functionality has to be coded for each one feature, based on your project’s requirements
Well I know they have to be programmed but I didn’t know if you are aware of any “pre-packaged” scripts.
Unfortunately, there aren’t any pre-packaged scripts available for such functionality!
Hi,
I really like the theme, but is there support for a sticky footer on the frontend? I tried to simulate is by removing some html on the “team” page, but it isn’t. Is there an additional class to make it sticky?
Kind regards, Toon
Hi Toon and thank you for your interest in ProUI, I’m glad you like it!
I haven’t included a class for a sticky frontend footer but if you eventually proceed with a purchase, you can send me a message through my profile’s contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible with a small modification for such functionality
We would like to build an app in visual studio 2013 using this theme, there is compatibility with VS2013 and the theme, if is posible could u send me a demo. Finally what are the diferences between extended licence and regular licence.
Hope u can answerd me, thanks.
Hi jasemval and thank you for your interest in ProUI
I haven’t prepared ProUI to be used out of the box with Visual Studio 2013 but I have included the HTML version which can be used with any server side language including ASP.NET. Many clients are already using ProUI with ASP.NET without any issues, so you shouldn’t have either, by using the HTML version with some small customizations for your project. Licenses info and differences can be found at http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
If you would like more info, please let me know
Sir, coud u please send me a demo of this theme, we would like to buy it but a demo would be perfect, thanks you so much, greetings from Peru!
my email is jasemval@icloud.com
Unfortunately there isn’t any offline demo available of the template but please check your email, I just send you some extra info that will help you get a better idea of template’s structure and code
Im trying to buy it but i have to pay 30 usd?
If you choose to pay with credit from your account, you will have to deposit $30 but the $9 will remain for future purchases on Envato Market. Alternatively, if you like, you can pay directly with Paypal (there is a second option at the bottom after you click the purchase button) but there will be a $2 Paypal fee. Let me know if you need any further info, thank you
Amazing theme! Best i’ve seen so far! delightful ! will purchase even if my client will reject it
Thank you very much for your interest in ProUI, I’m very glad you like it! I hope your client does too!
Would love to see a variation of the front-end which had a full-white background navbar instead of the current semi-transparent black one.
Hi and thank you very much for your purchase
Please send me a message through my profile’s contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible with some small changes for a full-white navbar
On the Parallax Frontend page, it looks great on Desktop. But on mobile, how do I scale the background image so that it shows the same ratio of image as the desktop, not a super zoomed in view.
For example on a 1920W image, the desktop shows maybe 60% at 900px width, but a mobile device only shows maybe 10% width in view of the image.
How do I get a mobile to see the same ratio?
Hi and thank you very much for your purchase
Thanks for letting me know about this! I’m using the background-size: cover technique for the parallax effect and the control over the size of the image is limited due to that. I will have a better look into it and if there is something I can do to make the image appear smaller on mobiles, I will include it in the next update
Hi guys, in general i feel very comfortable with your template. but now i’ve the problem that i want to validate a loginform so that i can see my feedback in the same lightbox window. The same i want to create with the form wizard, that after sending a request to the database it should stay in the lightbox. Can you help me on this?
thanx for your help
Hi and thank you very much for your purchase, I’m glad you like ProUI
Unfortunately that can’t be done out of the box in the template. The good news is that you can include the Jquery Form plugin (can work with Form Wizard plugin) which can help you submit a form with Ajax: http://malsup.com/jquery/form/
Hope that helps
Hi guys, I found a little bug, when you drag the scroll bar to the bottom, you’ll find out a black background. Would you please fix it?
Hi neilzeng and thanks again for your purchase
Could you please let me know in which page of the online demo you are having this issue? If it is on your project, could you send me a message though my profile’s contact form with a link to an online page to have a look at it (or a copy of the code you are using)?
hi, I found this issue only occurs in the Mac Chrome browser, maybe this is problem of Chrome.
Please make sure you are using the latest stable version and that there isn’t a Chrome add-on that may causes this issue!
Ok, I will update my Chrome. Thanks
The author of this template is hands down one of the best out there. The entire thing from top to bottom just oozes professionalism, creativity, and a deep understanding of the current state of web UI technologies. It’s been great to work with, and I really can’t say enough good things.
I can’t thank you enough for your kind and motivating words! I’m overwhelmed by your comment, thank you very much, I really appreciate it and I’m very happy that you like my work
Thanks again for getting back with your feedback, comments like yours inspire me to continue! Happy coding
Love the theme, it is very easy to work with and use. Definitively will check your future work, this is probably the best theme I’ve come over at themeforest yet!
I’ve come over a problem when using the (simple) work tabs in a modal js window. The first items in the first (active) tab displays fine, but when you click on the following tabs the content of the tab overlaps the footer for some reason.
Here is some screenshots:

Here is the HTML:

Hi helnor and thank you very much for your purchase and for your kind comments, I’m very glad you like ProUI!
You can add the class ‘clearfix’ to the div.tab-content element and the issue will be resolved. Let me know if that works for you! Happy coding
It did! Thank you very much
Awesome! Happy coding
Thank you so much for all these updates!
You are Awesome!
Thank you so much for coming back and letting me know! I really appreciate it and I’m very glad you like the updates!
Happy coding and stay tuned for more in the future!
Am I allowed to use this template (with regular license) to create a web-application and sell this to one Company?
Hi and thank you for your interest in ProUI
Yes of course, you can create a web application/site/backend (etc) and sell it to one Company with one regular license. The extended license would be required in case the company would like to use the web application as a commercial one (eg the users will have to pay to use it or access it).
Hope that helps
OK Thank YOU! One more question: Can I disable these scrolling effects, when I click on a button in the Navigation menu on the left side?
Or When the e.g. index loads, every icon wiggles.. Is it possible to turn that off?
Greets, Alex
Of course Alex, you can disable/enable the scrolling effect just by setting a variable in PHP version or adding a CSS class in HTML version! Also, all animations are just CSS classes which you can remove if you like to disable them
How am I able to add own theme-colors? Greets, Alex
And btw. Very very nice work!
This Template is just awesome!
Very good coding, and nice design!
Thank you very much!
Greets!
Thank you very much for your purchase and for your kind comments, I’m very glad you like ProUI!
You can copy-paste a theme file (from css/themes/), rename it to a new name, alter the colors to your own preference and then include it after main.css. If you are using LessCSS, you can do the same (in less/themes/ – you will just have to update variables) and include the less file in less/styles.less (check the comments).
For more info, you can have a look at the Docs where I’ve included further details about the color themes. Hope that helps!
Hi again, sorry to bother you again but do you have accordions as well?
I need something like that and It would be awesome if I don’t need to include extra content.
Greets. Alex
Hi Alex! I have included an accordion in the FAQ page at http://pixelcave.com/demo/proui/page_ready_faq.php
Happy coding
