The categories and single posts will pull the page title background from the blog index. Just set a background image on the blog index page and it will automatically pull into the pages you are linking to.

Yeah, the booking form is via a contact form. You can easily customize the fields and who the e-mail is sent to.
As far as a shortcodes go, check out wordpress.org if you are looking for any missing shortcodes that aren’t demoed on the preview. There are a number of great shortcode plugins that can add many features like team members.

The icons used in that example are custom flag icons. If you wanted multiple languages, you can use a translation plugin like WPML or qTranslate. Both have built-in flags with customization options. Here is the documentation/information on the WPML switcher: http://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/ . There is no services page like the one you linked.

Is it ready to accept payments ? integrated with payment gateway ? Can i accept credit cards from my clients in this ?
We don’t have a payment gateway built-in. The booking form will send an email when the form is filled out. Then the hotel can confirm or contact the user. Also, the form can be relaced by a third party solution if another booking site is used.
i just bought the theme – i go to change font in “APPEARANCE” tab – to google font Ubuntu – and nothing changes (i added to both fields) your documention does say how to change font – anything else i need to do.?

Yeah, you can add a promo code to the booking form. We are using Contact Form 7 for our booking form. It allows you to easily add/remove fields to build custom forms: http://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

We do not have any check availability built-in. The form is a normal form that submits to an e-mail address. Then the recipient of the e-mails will respond if the room is available.
