To answer your question, the theme does not come with Visual Composer, I prefer using WordPress native features instead.

That being said the theme is very simple to install and some sections can be customized through WordPress’s theme customizer.

Here is a installation walkthrough video where you can see the process.

Re your question, the documentation does include samples of how specific shortcodes should be used with the Zurb’s Foundation Framework.

That being said, the theme itself does not include a shortcode for the type of FAQ functionality you are referring to.

You can however have this setup through the following ways:

1. Arrange a custom request through this form http://themechills.com/customization/
2. Download a shortcode plugin such as Zilla Shortcodes and see if it works with this (note: I have not tested this therefore cannot be 100% sure it will)
3. Refer to the Zurb documentation and see if there is a snippet that can achieve the desired functionality, here is the link http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/v/4.3.2/

What version of the theme do you have? If it’s an older version the best thing to do is to download the latest version from ThemeForest directly and copy the new files through FTP.

Re Accommodations page what some of my customers have done has been to include their details within the RSVP section. That being said, you could always create a new page and include the relevant information in it’s own section.

The theme does not come with the ability randomize the flexslider out of the box. This would require some customization.

That being said, I’m curious as to what you mean exactly. Are you referring to the white space that is found above each heading? If this is the case, then this is easily adjusted through the style.css file.

Thanks for your response Leo, What I mean is when you view the various menu items i.e bridesmaids the total page does not fit into the screen…...you need to scroll down to see it in its entirety ….you can either have the title and the picture but not the information unless you scroll. The same applies to the opening page…with the couple….the couple’s image fills the screen but you have to scroll to see the date. In other words the page divisions are inaccurate they go past the fold line or screen line. I wanted to know if I could adjust this to have the couple and wedding info fill the screen without having to scroll….so that it is the complete page. so to speak. Hope this makes sense

Thanks for clearing that up. The changes you are asking for can definitely be done – what you would need to do for example is adjust the margins and padding properties where appropriate, as well as perhaps use smaller images if you wish to have more seen above the fold.

Note, that this is a responsive theme, and that each persons screens are different, so what may be above the fold for you may be different from another screen.

The anchors have been set to scroll to the corresponding sections, though these could be altered to go to the section title if you desired.

Many theme developers will choose where they wish to have the scroll position scroll to, I suppose it’s just a matter of opinion as to what is suitable.

I hope this clears things up and that it gives you more insights as to how you could customize the theme to your liking.

Yep, got them, thanks!

The grid that needed to be changed was the outer container as that is how the foundation framework functions – I’ve put the fix in place for you and you’ll be able to see it for yourself.

Re the callout, the issue you are experiencing is caused due to the fact that the callout is being added outside a support widget area.

What you could do though is in your style.css specify the selector (.widget_chills_callout_widget) and add the text-align: center property. Just note that by doing this you apply this property to both callouts.

I’m still not quite there. No real experience with CSS so I’m not entirely sure what that needs to look like, even after trying a few lines of code based on what you told me above. What do I need to add to style.css?

Also, the grid change looks great but one more crazy question. We did want the pictures a little smaller, but the text under the decreased in size by even more! We’d rather have the text areas take up about the same width of the pictures rather than being in that super tight paragraph.

Is that possible to achieve?

Hi Steven,

You would need to add the following within the style.css file.

.widget_chills_callout_widget {
    text-align: center;
}

What this will do is center align ALL callouts, so just keep that in mind.

Re the grid if you wanted the grid even smaller then once again you need to modify the outer container – by this I mean the shortcode that starts with [container…]. Make sure you check out the docs for this so you understand how the Foundation framework grid works.

You will need to also modify the areas of text to accomplish the effect you desire.

May I suggest…if you need these custom changes and are not comfortable in making these yourself, as they are outside the scope of the theme, perhaps consider submitting your requirements through this form http://themechills.com/customization/

Strange one – tested this on two different machines/same browser. One has the issue, the other does not.

With that being said, open the media-queries.css file, then go to line 69 and replace the selector with the below snippet.

.section-title span:last-child {
    margin-left: 10px;    
}

Ahh okay then yes it should be the latest version installed.

And yes I have been using it for the bridesmaids and groomsmen sections. I have been viewing it on a iphone 5 and 5C. I can check it on my nexus tablet at a later time as Im currently away from it.
