Nice theme, I am considering purchasing it and making providing a listing service. So guys, I feel more comfortable using html, but my concern is the back end like a database for registered clients and listings as well as other posts. Am I missing something? SO If I purchase this theme what extra work would I have to do to have it work totally?

Thanks for your response, I appreciate it. Thanks for the options. I am interested in Globo though I think is a master piece. If I bought it, what you I need to do to get the same back end as the wordpress you have with ones like Glocal? hope its not too much a question.
you’re welcome Bogwasi, you have 2 options either you as a developer to link the back..end of Glocal with the front-end of globo or you wait until we do the wordpress version i still don’t have an ETA but hopefully within next month it should be ready, we’re just afraid to launch it during christmas period as it’s a bad moment to launch new items people are on vacation and we don’t get much traction if it’s ready before the 15th of December then we will submit it

Sorry for asking something like this – I have always used Wordpress themes and am unsure what the main difference is with a HTML theme. Does this theme ‘work’ or is it just a graphic front for a website and we are left to build the functionality into it?

HTML template is a static version (only front-end with no back-end) WP Theme is a dynamic version which includes a back-end

It would be great in an update to see a listing on its own page and a add listing page. Even, just a basic one to see how it would be laid out.

Just purchased – Congrats and thank you for the truly fantastic work! So glad I got busy and was delayed in purchasing the other theme

A note to potential buyers its beautifully structured. Although it may not come with the images seen in the demo – it has beautiful blurred image placeholders to help with the visual aesthetics until you add your own.
