Hi, thanks for your brilliant theme. I am qworking on it with a client but I think I am having a Jquery conflict with the drop down menus. See This page

This short code works fine on a page that is not a standard woocomemrce template. It also works fine in the current place, if I change the theme to twentyfourteen.
You will also notice that the drop down for numbers per page, also works fine in all instances.

Hi I resolved this, I had AJAX menus switched on in the plugin Ultimate Woo Lite, it was causing an incompatibility with the non Ajax menus with this theme.

I have sent you an email with login info… but all the dummy content is not there after the correct installing of it. Also slider is not appearing. Also the menu is not coming in correctly after creating the menu like you showed in your example video…
the slider and ALL the dummy content for it and the store and all sample pics dont come with the theme?

1) You can import the demo data from Dashboard > Kidszone> General -> Import Dummy Data ( Top right corner)
2) The images does not come with the theme package. They are replaced with placeholder images because they are licensed images.

I am trying to add a gallery to a post, and it is showing in the archive view on the main blog page. (I added it on the blog post itself by choosing Gallery type and adding photos). However, when you click to go to the post, only the featured image and text shows… no gallery. I have also tried building a gallery and then using your shortcode ([dt_gallery_carousel limit=”3” categories=”29” posts_design=”shape-one” /]) to insert it, and only the first image of the gallery shows. Can you tell me how to get a post gallery to display correctly?

Yes the gallery items will show only the first image.
Only in the gallery details page it will show all the images associated with the gallery item.

What is confusing is the tiny icons that show up on that image when you roll over it, which I now see are the only way to view the gallery. The magnifying glass is a lightbox of just that one image, and for some unknown reason has arrows in the lightbox to go forward and backward for that same image. ?? The icon link for the gallery itself is just a small chain link… I did not recognize that as a way to view the gallery, so doubt the average user will either. Is there NO way to link to that gallery except for that little chain link on the image?
On a related issue, if you choose the “default” post-design shape, the image “shape-default.png” is missing, so a broken image icon is in the center of the image. I assume that image was mistakenly omitted from the theme. Can you provide for the red skin?
Out of curiosity, when you create a post and choose the Gallery format, and then add images in the post, why do those images not show in the post? They only show in the archive view on the main page. When you click on the post, they are not there. ?

2) A related question: When inserting a gallery or blog post, etc., it asks for Category. I have tried adding the category ID #, and it says not found. If I add the slug, it shows all categories. 2) You need to use id values in the categories attribute. You can find the id value by just hovering on the category item and you can see the id value at the bottom in the URL.

Blog Post Image. When I post a blog post (in a page using a short code) and there is no image, I get a grade box with the word IMAGE in it. How is this removed? I have tried using this shortcode, but it still appears.

2) Increase the excerpt_length as per the content length so as to show the full content. Date cannot be disabled from the posts using the shortcode.

Kindly., Make sure you have the updated version of the theme. Else follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.
