When I attempt to upload the zipped theme folder from my desktop through the Wordpress Dashboard > “themes” > “add new”, I get the WP Failure Notice “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.”

Youe demo videos have many many more blocks than what come with the theme. How do I get access to all the blocks like in your demo video?

Hi there! I sent you an email several days ago about some issues, but still waiting for any answer.

We´re using your theme ‘The Way’, but are having some issues with styling.

In some pages is impossible to assign the preferred position or size to the images. Also is not possible to choose the size of the video window, just the one that is chosen for default. And in all pages we can not find how to center the text, it just is justified to the left.

We already uploaded content, so I was wondering if would be possible to upload the style you’ve got in the demo without losing the current content and menus. I’ve watched is possible to upload a xml file or a txt with theme options, but I’m not sure it any of them will solve our issue. Don´t understand exactly the differences between both options.

Would you be so kind to help us solving it, please?

Hi there! Im enjoying your Template a lot but the “upload” or “remove” buttons for the styling elements like Logo, Favicon etc. are sadly not working. Is there a workaround or have you dealt with that problem before? Thanks!

Hi! First of all congrats to the nice theme. I like it very much.

I have 3 questions and hopefully someone can help me:

1. How do I create the icons on the right site of the contact form? I want to have the exact same style with the marker, telephone etc. like in the demo.

2. When I click on the Mail-button in the team section under the “Join our team”, the site jumped roughly to the marked position. Is there a way that the site glides smoothly to the contact area?

3. I would like to change the URLs of the portfolios, so that by clicking on a picture in the “Our work” section, a external page opens in a separate tab.

It would be good answers to questions ready-made could answer in this forum to ask again and not waste time waiting for your answers. I wonder why no video videoslider seen in iexplorer? Is it possible to install or display any other gallery since this topic is quite modest if not poor and ugly?

Am I the only one that can’t get any support on this theme? The only answer I get is (even via email) “Please send us WP-admin your website.We will help you.”

I have simple issues that need to be resolved…I don’t need someone to log in and “fix it” it for me.
