Hi again. As to the issue you had with tables – the support team has solved it and replied to you in your ticket last week. Please check your email. As to dates – in fact we cannot see anything like that in the search result for the link you provided. In any case, please make sure you have a static page as a home page, is you do not want the date of the last post to be shown, also please keep in mind that google index is updated once in a while, so some effect of your changes and seo will not be seen at once.

As to the forum – it is now closed, and there is a reason for that, as there was very little traffic and in fact very little help a user could get there. Getting help via ticket will be much more effective, just please keep n mind that requests can be reviewed within 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday). If your request takes longer to be reviewed, please let us now. You can as well share your issues here, just like you did now. Please also specify your ticket number, so that we could check its status and help you with logo.

As to site speed – the theme performs quite well as for a theme with this much functionality (checked some popular themes to compare). You can improve your website performance by optimizing images, enabling caching on your server. Also there is another thing you can do from your side – is minifying script and style files as soon as you are sure you have applied the needed changes to them, if you did any. We also usually recommend deactivating plugins that are not in use, like one of the sliders, if you are using only one of them.

Sorry, I meant the profile items? If I want just the small bio of a staff member but don’t want it to link to a full page?

Thanks for clarification. In fact the are initially meant to link to profile pages, and there is no option to disable this, Yet you can use another shortcode to show your staff in a simpler way, for instance a person block shortcode or any other.

I tried installing the theme on a new server. Even with a sample default posts page (even without any demo content uploaded) it loads really slow like i mentioned in the other comment i posted here

Any solution to the slow loading? Do let me know. Else i will have to purchase a different theme from another author.

Hi again. The most effective way to improve speed performance will be by decreasing the amount of plugins as much as possible, and using a setting some of the plugins have that allows enabling scripts the bottom of the page rather than in header. Also we are planning to release an update where one of the plugins the theme uses (iLightbox) will be eliminated, with a script built into the theme instead. But this is still on the go, and will come as soon as it is ready.

Also, the theme cannot have smaller files, as its functionality is huge, but each user, when finished editing the theme and setting up the website in general, can minify the script files and css file, and upload them instead of the original files on the server.

Also a great deal can be changed by enabling caching for some files types on your server (like image files etc). You may consult your hosting provider about this or do it yourself if you have access to this. This will significantly improve performance for the returning users of your website.

Basically there is really nothing else that can be done with a theme of this functionality, it will be like this or be much simpler and have less options. Appreciate your understanding.

Just please keep in mind that Google Analytics takes 24 hours to gather data after you create an application, so you will need to wait to see the first reports. Hi again. Yes, we do see pretty much the same, but this seems to be a rather usual time for themes of this functionality and with this much content on the demo site. Please note that this is a one-page site, and its home page is quite long and contains lots of content, including videos, a map and parallax image backgrounds. These elements usually affect page loading significantly.

An average page without one-page layout and with some standard content of texts, various shortcode blocks and some optimized images will load much faster.

We used high resolution images, and videos are quite heavy too, and a map usually does slow down the page. Please try optimizing your images, this can serve quite well in terms of website speed.

Hi again. When adding a specific heading, you can assign a class to this exact shortcode if you scroll to the very bottom of ts editing window. Add your class, and also add a custom css shortcode to this column. In your custom css add all the needed styles. Please let me know if this is helpful.

Yes, you will only need to add other pages n your admin panel and change the links in main menu, so that all your content from home page is simply content with no links, and other pages can be accessed through the menu.

As to translating – please see the appropriate section in theme documentation (Docs folder in the archive you have downloaded). You need to create a translation file and then choose it (in the latest wordpress version) in your admin settings. There is a general file for front-end and back-end.
