We’re having problems with saving templates on this theme. The theme creator’s website homepage is gone, the support page goes to a 404, and there’s no documentation on templates. Any help with this? Thanks in advance!

Just wanted to let you know that an upgrade to WP 5.6 breaks the editors. We tried the suggestion with wp-downgrade, downgraded to 5.5.1 and 5.5.3 but it did not fix the issues.

Content composer is the theme-required plugin that should be used for content adding/editing. There is no option to disable the plugin for some custom post types. Appreciate your understanding.

You can create different doctor’s profiles using a Profiles shortcode. You can create projects and profiles with different categories but we should note that there is no specific search by categories.

Speaking about paid memberships – the theme doesn’t provide any specific functional for the purpose. You can try to use some plugin to achieve desired result we just can’t recommend you any because we didn’t test third-party plugins functioning with the theme and thus can’t guarantee their compatibility.

You can activate “Leave a Reply” field. We should note that the theme doesn’t include any user management system except of the default WordPress one https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/

There are no ready language files, but you need to take only a few steps to translate your website to the needed language. It will be rather easy to translate the theme as it comes with a .pot file. Basically, this is a list of all words and phrases that are present in the theme, and you will need to go through it and add translations for them. Theme documentation contains a rather detailed instruction on translating your website.

Hello, it seems i cannot active/deactivate the CMSMasters Content Composer and all my pages are now shown plain, there is no option to show the composer layout on a page anymore. Even with envato market plugin there is no way to activate the composer. not sure what is broken there. is there any chance to update the composer manually? Like copying the files of the plugin via ftp to the plugin folder or sth like that? Any help woruld be greatly appreciated since i now just see plain text with the composer shortcodes (like [cmsms_row data_width…]). Thanks in advance

Please make sure to update the plugins as well. After the theme update, please proceed to Appearance > Theme Plugins, and update all the suggested plugins. Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

I have a problem with the anchor links in Google Chrome, they suddenly stopped working. But they work in other browsers like Firefox or Edge. Google support tells me that the problem is in my template that does not give the name to the anchor. Could you please specify what issue are you having, and provide us with more details for better understanding?

Adding captions for gallery isn’t possible, we can only advise you to place required description directly on image (with the help of any image editor) and then use such images with already added captions. Appreciate your understanding.

Just reinstalled this theme on new version of site. Fresh download of WordPress, and a fresh download of theme. Everything seems fine except the plus (+) button to add new shortcode is missing from the content composer. I can add new sections etc but then not add any components. Is this a server permissions issue?

The matter is that adding shortcodes with “plus” button has been deprecated recently — please use drag&drop feature instead, as shown in the screencast.

Menu displaying can be changed to left/right or center navigation, after that menu items will be displayed below the logo. And menu colors can be easily changed in the Colors tab.

It seems that there are some restrictions set on your server that block the icons font from the correct uploading. I kindly recommend to contact your hosting provider in order to solve this issue by removing the restrictions, it could be helpful.

The matter is that a while ago Google changed the way Google Maps should function and now API key is required (it wasn’t required previously). Please add your key in Theme Settings – General – Custom codes tab. Hello. I’m helping a new client who has the GoodDay theme and an error has cropped up on the main page. I’ve followed the instructions regarding regenerating a new consumer key and secret for Twitter and I’ve also created a new Twitter app and changed all the codes. I am still getting the error on http://guerillapartyband.com. How do I remove the error? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This issue is usually caused by some third-party plugins that you activated. In fact we do not guarantee the third-party plugins compatibility with the theme, and alas there is not much we can advise regarding this. There are tons of different plugins available and we cannot ensure compatibility with the theme for all of them.

The only thing I can advise is to deactivate third-party plugins one by one to find out which one causes the issue.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Good news – one of three maps is working. The other two remain grey. I tryed to change the street into coordinates, the problem remains. I don’t get it: both addresses are well known by google. One is working, the other one not. The settings are the same… any ideas? Thanks :)
