Hi, I purchased the template but it won’t let me use the editor … I build a page in the editor clicked the purchase button now i have no idea how to access the editor to export the HTML… it keeps telling me i need to purchase the template but i just did…..
Hi, The live demo builder is only a demo – and after purchasing, you must download your package in your downloads page and unzip it, then run the builder from there. James
Hello, I opened a ticket, and this my problem: my contact form hasnt been working since at least 3 months ago. I just downloaded the new version of the website, hoping it would fix it, but it didnt.
What I copied from the new version to my old website: scripts.js and mail.php. On mail.php I changed:
$transport = Swift_SmtpTransport::newInstance(‘smtp.ipage.com’, 465, ‘tls’ )
->setUsername(‘contact@viodance.com‘)
->setPassword(‘mypassword’)
Am I doing something wrong, or is it something on your end? When I first bought it and uploaded it, following your instructions, it used to work, but after a while it stopped working and I could never get it back to work.

1) No there is no shopping feature
2) You could add either audio via the HTML5 audio tag or you could embed audio through an iFrame from sources such as Soundcloud
3) The photography is not included but everything else is

I wasn’t aware that Bradweb had discontinued support for that item. His support tab indicates that he does provide bug fixes however.
Unfortunately we can’t provide support for Pangaea WP as it was not built by us.

I’m asking now because although I bought this a while ago, I’m only just looking into using it. Obviously, I prefer to download a bug-fixed version now rather than waste your time and mine by having to ask for patches for each bugfix as I stumble over them.
Greetings – I’m looking for a template for a new site and was fortunate enough to come across you – such beautiful and extremely creative work – not to mention the brilliant page builder!
Question I have: I am interested in both Pangaea and Pivot, just wanted to know if there are any differences between the page builder used with them.
I intend to buy both anyway, but wanted to ask in advance – I also note you have a support system which is one of the things we look for – seems like a first rate operation you got going.

Thanks for the compliment!
Pangaea uses an older version of Variant as can be seen in the demo, while Pivot and all newer templates run on the latest version of Variant.

Looks like you have discovered that this is not a WP theme, however a WP version has been made by Themeforest Author bradweb.
For the HTML version, upload all files in the Pivot folder (you don’t need the demo html files, just your own html files..) and don’t upload the variant folder.

There’s a little bug in the “freelance” page layout with the logo in the nav bar. In the nav-trans-dark mode it displays both the dark and light logos and in the nav-trans mode it displays the wrong logo. I’ve looked at the code but I can’t find an obvious fix (this is in the responsive smart phone layout)

In the demo version the 3 and 4 columns full screen gallery is working, I downloaded the theme and tested it in firefox. It’s not working on the mobile version (the gallery image is not resizing) and I’d like to have an explanation for that and get a fixed version. One of the problems is that there is no max-width on the figure-tag on the downloaded theme, but If I already pay for a theme I don’t want to fix it on my own. I want a completely working one.
