I thought that this was supposed to be a php and an HTML download. All I got was a PHP download. Where is the HTML Version. I am not a PHP programmer, I am a JQuery, Javascript, AngularJS, .NET C# HTML Oracle/SQL Server programmer, where is the HTML version of this app? Care to tell me about that one?!!! Yes I do have MAMP server and I have MAMP PRO on my iMac and I can partially run the app, but the other part requires configuration and hook ups to a MySQL database (which comes with MAMP PRO) have any instructions on how to do that posted online somewhere?

I have already done that on pHpAdmin. I imported the SQL statement and created the database, It did it on is own. Not to unlike the way you do it SQL Server. Same principal. I am very, very familiar with SQL server and Oracle but not mySQL. I guess I will have to make this app my learning curve experience with how to write code in PHP. I would also look to take a gander at the HTML version, when is that due out for release? When I imported the SQL script into the myAdmin panel, the database was created but the database was not seeded with data, why is that? Shouldn’t the database have been seeded with basic data at least? That only makes sense to me. What happened here?

PS You said:

“This is a PHP and HTML template with an admin panel and other functionalities. “

What admin panel are referring to?

Hi vbboyd, the mozzarella.sql file included in the theme creates a database named “mozzarella” as well as all the corresponding tables needed for the theme. Of course it also adds some information on them which you can later manage from the admin panel of the site. You shouldn’t have trouble by simply importing it, but if you don’t you can always open the mozzarella.sql file and use the statements directly.

The Admin panel we are referring to is the one you can read at the help file, in which you can add menu items, categories, galleries and blog posts.

Please take a time to read the HELP FILE of the template, as the instructions on how to setup the theme and access the admin panel (control panel) of the page are all described there.

The HTML version will go to review today, so it’s up to how long the reviewers take to upload it.
Best Regards

Thanks, it’s looking great now. One suggestion, Can you make some more pages like menu item detail page so user can get add to cart option also and then we need my account, profile, check out pages etc. just a suggestion.

Thanks to you! :) We can’t promise you anything right now because we are currently working on a simpler HTML version of this one and another template of ours (Red Samurai). But we may add it in the future! Best Regards! ;)

Yes, I read in comments, that’s true people really need HTML version and I’m waiting for the RED Samurai HTML / WP version a long time ago :)

Congratulation. GLWS! :-)
