Hi, I’m using this theme with woocommerce and I would like to raise some problems :
- As loadcom mentionned, the image product does not appear on the checkout page. I have noticed that a woocommerce product is created every time a book is made. This is not a good approach, you should use the “variable product” capability instead. - When submitting the checkout page, a mail is sent, so far so good, but when using woocommerce, this mail is useless since woocommerce handles the mails.
- The most important thing : when a booking (for a hotel) is canceled, on the payment gateway for example, woocommerce set the booking as canceled but the slot is not released, I have to manually delete the corresponding booking in the admin console. This is frustrating because I have to connect several times a day to check for canceled bookings.
Can you have a look ?

Hi another question if i a make a cruise reservation and fill out all the fields then i go to the overview page but the picture of the object of the reservation is a red cross and the date for reservation is changed to 1970-01-01and the days of the reservation: 0 days. If i click ok i go to the checkout. All my fields with name etc are gone and i must fill it again. the payment go’s wel but it is hard to find in the system what was paid for.
second time testing the fields on the second page where filled in so maybe a strange error but the rest remains as i wrote above. specially the date is strange and the 0 days
The booking was done for cruises what i also noticed is that nothing of the cruise information is set in the reservation. You only see a number by woocommerce but not seeing what your have bought.
I think it has to do with slug and permalinks but they are good. in woocommerce admin menu products – categorys there are 4 (cruises tours etc) if i delete cruises (where the booking for is) i see the booking item (so no more the 1970-0101) on the site if i order but if i click on the item i get a 404. when i make a new booking the category is back in the admin menu. How can i fix this that you can see what you book etc etc.
Can you please provide a test link where we can test this exact behavior.
Also, you are using 5.32 and you have not customized the php code right?

only the 24 phone number and put this file under child theme. Thats it. What do you mean by adults dropdown blank? We use the section cruise for something else so you dont have to select the adults. Strange thing also now is when i logged in i can go to the admin section but on the mainpage i cant go to my account page. The page remains saying that i must first login while i am logged in. Below error i get if i am logged in and go to reviews:

i think there is something wrong what i don’t understand. We have a map of city’s in france and when you click on it you go to that page but now i see that you go to that page in the url but then he go’s to the home page. I think something with permalinks but i don’t know how to resolve. Can you please help?

Is it normal that accommodation main image is not copied to woo commerce product image ?

your image ratios are very different. You have two options, whether to unify your image dimensions or you can put the following into your css file:

Hello guys, we have try to add ” Skype ID ” and Skype Chat option to the header.php file , but i guess you guys should add a global solution the allow users to add their Skype Contact to the header ( optional ) via admin page settings , what do you think ? problems: 1..after ticking room type in front end, net time when it is opened for editing, tick mark is not seen.. 2..same problem with featured and gallery images, how can someone remove gallery images?
3..Gallery images not getting uploaded..message is successfully done , but images are not uploaded actually
4..after new user registration, message is “please click activation link”..no email received and also user is able to login directly after registration without activation..

You’d have to edit code to remove the use of revslider. It’s basically in one file in includes/parts/home-page-header.php lines 7 to 21 and replace with your own:

At the moment that option is generic for all locations. Perhaps you can have a look at single-location.php and check for nightlife entry, if it’s empty, don’t show the tab, or something like that.

I thought the ; at the end is to separate the true/false of the if condition, hence if there is nothing on the extra fields – do nothing and if there is something proceed with the normal command:

What exactly are you trying to achieve though?
And why do you have two closing }} and no opening curly braces?
I was trying to set if the extra fields nightlife is empty, then dont proceed with the command (showing the tab), if there is something in it then proceed with the normal command which shows the tab nightlife
the two }} are from the first if: elseif ($tab[‘id’] 'nightlife' && $location_obj> get_custom_field('nightlife'))
and the second if: if($location_extra_fields ('nightlife') !”” )
I am not able to guess what’s going on with your code this way. You will have to paste the code in a pastebin (entire file, not snippets), for me to every try and figure out what you are doing.
When you load your page are you getting a php error? What does the error say?

I know you are very busy but for us is the location on cruise very important to launch our site so we are waiting for this option. You told a few months ago it would be in the system but other thing had more priority what is fine but if you can please pay attention to this it would be nice so we can launch.

This is something we will soon resolve. If WooCommerce is enabled the other booking email will not get sent out. Instead, we will pass resposibility to WooCommerce for sending the booking emails.

Hi Rob, you are right about these.
It appears poedit does not like that the fact that these strings are nested within arrays which are then again nested withing arrays.
I have gone and figured out a way to fix this code so that poedit reads in the proper translatable phrases.
