Hi Iman, Firstly great job on the Vertikal Theme love it!
I’m doing this new website for a client and client wants to use his own icon for the Iconned Services (Add Element >> Iconned Services). He has this image in PNG a person doing massage and wants that to be an icon for Iconnned Services. The website is currently in Maintenance Mode so you will not see the actual website, but I can give you the login and password as Admin to see the real site. How do i send this to you?

Actually, the line 12 is an empty line in “index.php” and before and after that line, we have comments. I’m not sure how this error is occurring on your site. Did you customized the codes or something?

You should add Google Map element via Visual Composer page builder. Once you clicked and added that element, you should grab the embed URL (NOT iframe code) from Google Map and put it in this element and save it. I would recommend to user Classic Google Map, find your location then get embed code:

Hy there! I am interested in buying this theme. I’d like to know if is it possible to decrease the size of each item in the vertical menu. I will probably have 20..30 items, and I believe that, with this size, it won’t be good for me. What about the submenu itens? how many levels is there possible? Thank you for your interest in Vertikal and sorry for delay in replying back to your comment. You may change the size of the menu items with Custom CSS.
About sub-menus, technically you may have unlimited sub-menus but using more than 3 or 4 steps will break your page layout because it won’t fit in any screens. This is something which will happen in any designs

Thank you for purchasing Vertikal! Actually you don’t need to upgrade VC and you may ignore the notice. If you’ve purchased it separately, please do not upgrade it either because we’ve customized it a lot and if you install the original version, some functionality of Vertikal won’t work anymore.
I’ll include the latest “compatible” version of Visual Composer in the next version of Vertikal.

Hi, first of all this is a superb theme, second i have a problem when i use Visual Composer and i chose to use accordion, one section stay open and the others section stay closed, i need all the section in the accordion stay closed. Thank you.

Thank you for your interest in Vertikal! First of all, I’m gonna answer this in English because of the community rules. It will also help others to understand it better
Vertikal is ready for translation but for RTL languages such as Farsi, I’ve not included RTL styles in it and you should do some customization on it to make it support RTL or to change its layout.
About Farsi fonts, you should upload your font on your host then load it in your styles via some Custom CSS codes.

Have re-installed the theme and deleted most plug-ins. When my host assisted me with the backup , it was still never the same, and reverted the same error again. Please assist, as I’m needing to close my project, and I like the theme. Everything is fine when changing to other themes…thanx

in team members area, if I add an email to a member and I go click on the email (on the website) it open on a BLANK TARGET before opening a new email into my mail application.

Finally, my plugin (Multilingual Press) is quite hard to understand with is multisite / multi lingual… and without much ressources (blog, video,etc) so I’m running Polylang and it work quite fine by now.
